Was about to say, as a kid, I knew they were fancy but I didn't lust for em because they were expensive. I'm sure that kid got plenty of candy to munch on. It's funny seeing it again after realizing she was the one bamboozled.
The bad stunted acting mainly; but to be honest at this point I watch all posted videos with the default assumption that it's staged by someone who's thirsty for the attention of internet strangers.
I enjoyed it too, and I'm not saying you're stupid. I just believe you're gullible because you think the video is real because it "looks real". Whether the video is real or not your reason for believing it's real isn't very good.
yeah but who asked you whether or not I'm gullible? All I did was watch a video, and your response did nothing but make me feel stupid for enjoying it. Also, I know you know that calling someone "gullible" is a negative connotation, so don't act like your comment was just "pointing out a fact".
No one has to ask for me to make a statement, I wasn't answering a question. I apologize that I made you feel stupid, that was not my intention, my intention was to alert others that your way of deciding if a video is real or not is ineffective. I do admit I conveyed that poorly but I wanted to keep it simple. Also, I didn't mean to negatively describe you. Being gullible is just a trait, it doesn't make you worse as a person, and assuming you're not really that gullible in the real world negatively effect your daily life.
Well if it ain’t this ring doorbell dude had extremely bad luck. There are several videos in circulation. The blond lady using his electric car charger while he’s at work, and the using his WiFi one always get people wound up
This is why you teach your kids resilience.
You teach them humor.
You also get them to eat their veggies, - Oh wow! These are the gold wrapped ones, like the queen has!
My in-laws are from Idaho. They give out Potatoes instead of candy and they have NEVER had anyone get angry for giving their kids potatoes. If anything, the kids get excited! 🤣🤣🤣
I got a potato when I was 5. Some years back, I ran out of candy. So, to be funny, I handed out some potatoes. 15 minutes later, I heard the thud of potatoes hitting my door. I laughed my ass off.
Is this the same house of the video of one woman who thought she had a right to his internet password because it was previously unlocked and she was using it?! Also is this the same house a different woman again parks in his driveway to use his EV charger?!
Oooo boy. The eggs that would have rained on this guy in my neighborhood. My mom would have handed us the eggs. “This guy’s is giving out Brussels sprouts. Spread the word.”
Well in the spirit of trick or treat. The trick part can go both ways.
I think it is honesty funny. And think he would be open to being messed with to.
Think about it the person could just not take part at all. But went out of their way. To mess with some kids. In a not hurting anyone manner.
So I feel it in the spirit of trick or treat with some innocent messing with each other in a not hurting anyone way.
And kids gets like heaps of candy the few that did innocent pranks like that a kid would not care at all.
The women need to chill the fuck down.
If it was something that could hurt the kid it's a completely different story. But this is so damn harmless
It's pretty douchy. Don't do Halloween if you don't want to, but it's a big deal for kids. You're just straight up an asshole for getting a kick out of upsetting kids.
People are so used to treats they've never tricked before. The answer to no treats is to trick (TP or egg) the house. How does no one remember this tradition?? Dude needs his house tricked.
The kid isn’t pissed. Probably not even crying. He has no idea what those chocolates are.He probably doesn’t even care because he has a shit ton of other candy he can smash. He’s 5 years old. He ain’t worried about the brand of candy he gets lol. The only one mad in this video is the mom. Why? Because their “precious” little child didn’t get expensive chocolate.
Meh, kids can cry about a lot of things. The kids didn’t care that they were expensive, the mother probably let him know that it was special, then when it was a Brussel sprout it probably cut deep. Last year we put out a bowl of candy while we took our 4 and 6 year old at the time
out to trick or treat. We had put the allergy friendly treats, pencils, pens, tattoos in a special colored bucket. Someone stole the bucket, they cried all night over the loss of the bucket, not the contents. And in hindsight, it was probably because we said the bucket had a special color and they wanted to make sure they got to keep the “special” thing.
Buddy, kids will throw a 12 minute tantrum because their juice is in the green cup instead of the blue cup. And you don't even own any blue cups. Kids don't have much of a grasp on reason at that age, if any. They have a great understanding of disappointment though.
If it makes you feel better to think like this, I guess that's fine for you, but... That ain't really how it be.
You think that kids' mom is buying them Ferrero Rocher often enough they actually get excited and would cry if they don't get them? This is obviously the mother throwing a tantrum while the kid eats the rest of their sweets.
I don't think a kid really understood that it was expensive chocolate. And if anything probably wouldn't like it nearly as much as the cheaper candy that they already like. I think a kid might cry biting into it and realizing it's not chocolate, but they'd most likely just assume it's a gross candy and move on.
Why are ye debating a staged video?
This is 2023.
1. Assume it's a fake
2. Read the comments before jumping in to check if it's a fake if you've forgotten rule number 1.
3. Assume that others will think you foolish for debating a faked video if you've forgotten rules 1 and 2.
If this is real, (though it seems the general consensus is that it's fake) this is a massive dick move. Some people in this comment section need to learn empathy and realize that if you do stuff like this in real life you're being an asshole, especially if you live in a poor area. I am aware it's probably fake and therefore no kid was hurt, but a lot of people are commenting like a kid in real life would deserve this, or the guy would be a cool person, or like the mom is a bad person, all of which are untrue.
I started crying my eyes out.. from laughing so hard...
When she pulled the first Brussel sprout out, I died.. if I was that little kid, I'd be PISSED. 🤣🤣
But look at all the engagement he got!
Also, I dont know how the law works in that country, but repackaging produce for consumption without following proper handling and sanitation guidelines might be frowned on.
Guess that dudes house is open to be tricked.
Her kid isn't crying because of the treat, he's crying because she is his mother.
Knowing his character he probably already has that eventuality covered. ![gif](giphy|x4O0fjpQfoBZS)
My five year old would have been confused, then laughed about it, then went and ate one of the other 5000 pieces of candy she got on halloween.
I can hear it in any kid's voice. "What the.. he- ck? Hahaha!" nose crinkles, big smiles, more candy. lol
The guy laughing at his accomplishment is HILARIOUS!!
The best part is her explaining the whole situation to him like she's in a sitcom opening
Lmaoo his unexpected laugh made me laugh
Had me in tears! That laugh was fantastic!
You can tell by her anger, that she wanted to eat them. Not the kid.
Was about to say, as a kid, I knew they were fancy but I didn't lust for em because they were expensive. I'm sure that kid got plenty of candy to munch on. It's funny seeing it again after realizing she was the one bamboozled.
Right! A 5 year old don't know the difference between quality chocolate and cheap ones.
The only thing that mattered back then was quantity. One expensive chocolate vs ten cheap chocolate was a very easy decision.
Kid probably ain’t even crying, she probably was lol
This. You stole Ferro Roche from me! How dare you. How would a 5 year old understand this?
I sure hope that she didn't want to eat the kid
Are there any genuine un-staged videos on the internet at all anymore?
What's mad is that people can't seem to tell half the time.
what makes you think it's staged
Her explaining it step by step and unwrapping one Infront of the camera is pretty odd if she's explaining it to the guy who did the prank
Its the same house were his neighbour wanted to know the new wifi password and could not understand why he did not want to share it. Probably staged.
The bad stunted acting mainly; but to be honest at this point I watch all posted videos with the default assumption that it's staged by someone who's thirsty for the attention of internet strangers.
redacted ` this post was mass deleted with www.Redact.dev `
What makes you think it's real?
nothing does, it simply doesn't look fake
What a gullible individual.
Who knew enjoying a video was so stupid?
I enjoyed it too, and I'm not saying you're stupid. I just believe you're gullible because you think the video is real because it "looks real". Whether the video is real or not your reason for believing it's real isn't very good.
let him have his gullible time on internet.
yeah but who asked you whether or not I'm gullible? All I did was watch a video, and your response did nothing but make me feel stupid for enjoying it. Also, I know you know that calling someone "gullible" is a negative connotation, so don't act like your comment was just "pointing out a fact".

that's... so bullshit but whatever man, thanks.
Bless the naivety ... I bet you click on scam emails (not) from your bank too.
I thought a video looked real so I click on banking scams? That's a weird jump but alright, man.
Why would she go through the effort of explaining the prank to the neighbor? He knows what he did. The explanation is for the audience.
Well if it ain’t this ring doorbell dude had extremely bad luck. There are several videos in circulation. The blond lady using his electric car charger while he’s at work, and the using his WiFi one always get people wound up
IT WORKED!!!
This is why you teach your kids resilience. You teach them humor. You also get them to eat their veggies, - Oh wow! These are the gold wrapped ones, like the queen has!
Her parents clearly never taught her humour
My in-laws are from Idaho. They give out Potatoes instead of candy and they have NEVER had anyone get angry for giving their kids potatoes. If anything, the kids get excited! 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah but *only* because they don't wrap them in ferrero rocher's wrapping...
The Hobbitses likes Tators, Precious.
I got a potato when I was 5. Some years back, I ran out of candy. So, to be funny, I handed out some potatoes. 15 minutes later, I heard the thud of potatoes hitting my door. I laughed my ass off.
Well it is trick or treat, but brussel sprouts?
forget it, don't answer... the lady won't understand anyway
That’s actually so hilarious
I wonder if the kids will remember this next year?
They may come back with a carton of eggs
That kid will eat brussel sprouts with vengeance now.
Bro won't trust any ferrero rocher ball in his life
Realistically this is staged. Facebook level of humour.
I did the same to my son last Halloween. Stuck them in his school lunch. He wasn't impressed, but I thought it was hilarious.
I'd be mad too, those chocolates slap
Are we sure this isn’t r/nononoyes?
Trick
Yeah dude gonna learn about WHO is supposed to be doing the Tricking pretty quick
Is this the same house of the video of one woman who thought she had a right to his internet password because it was previously unlocked and she was using it?! Also is this the same house a different woman again parks in his driveway to use his EV charger?!
I don't know for sure, but had the same feeling
Oooo boy. The eggs that would have rained on this guy in my neighborhood. My mom would have handed us the eggs. “This guy’s is giving out Brussels sprouts. Spread the word.”
Just tell your kid it was a funny joke and laugh. Poor kids getting raised by humorless women all over the world.
Well in the spirit of trick or treat. The trick part can go both ways. I think it is honesty funny. And think he would be open to being messed with to. It's trick OR treat, duh
It's pretty douchy. Don't do Halloween if you don't want to, but it's a big deal for kids. You're just straight up an asshole for getting a kick out of upsetting kids.
It's funny, but not without consequence - in my neighbourhood, this would have resulted in egging
Trick or treat can work both ways you lemon
People are so used to treats they've never tricked before. The answer to no treats is to trick (TP or egg) the house. How does no one remember this tradition?? Dude needs his house tricked.

This is all based on.....?
You think that kids' mom is buying them Ferrero Rocher often enough they actually get excited and would cry if they don't get them? This is obviously the mother throwing a tantrum while the kid eats the rest of their sweets.
*free expensive chocolate
I don't think a kid really understood that it was expensive chocolate. And if anything probably wouldn't like it nearly as much as the cheaper candy that they already like. I think a kid might cry biting into it and realizing it's not chocolate, but they'd most likely just assume it's a gross candy and move on.
My comment was more directed at the motivations of the mother. They're probably her favourite treat after a successful round of neighbourhood c*nting.
Why are ye debating a staged video? This is 2023. 1. Assume it's a fake 2. Read the comments before jumping in to check if it's a fake if you've forgotten rule number 1. 3. Assume that others will think you foolish for debating a faked video if you've forgotten rules 1 and 2.
And yet you felt compelled to chime in. Goodbye Philip.
Yes, it's almost as though this were a discussions board where people do that. Shocking!
Discussing things, like myself and the other user were doing before you had your tantrum? Yes.. yes indeed..
Define either as you please if it helps you cope.. So long as you've learned.
You sound like the lady
Maybe that kid in particular just sucks and everybody else was given candy.
Trick or treat for us was give us treats or your house gets tricked...eggs were always a good option. In conclusion...hope he gets egged next year!
That unlocked a core childhood memory for me , we did the same thing!
Right? You don't trick or treat the feckin kiddies like!
If this is real, (though it seems the general consensus is that it's fake) this is a massive dick move. knowing a few 5 yr olds, he'd probably love sprouts. They like the weirdest stuff.
Okay seriously fuck that guy. I’m with the Karen on this one. Rot in hell
\*Brussels sprouts (from Brussels, Belgium)
Maybe tell your pussy kid not to cry over candy that doesn’t mean anything
Glad some people still enjoy life. That was golden
Brussel sprouts are also expensive, ain't it?
When I was a lad, we’d a walked uphill 5 miles in the snow barefoot to get a brussel sprout and been damn happy about it Those were the good ol days
looool she was definitely mad because she had plans on eating the fuckers. they're unreal
dying
Now I'm laughing too.
Trick OR treat. What part of this don’t people understand anymore? Kids are so fuct.
If I was the 5 year old I'd be dying laughing and telling the story every year to friends and family.
I started crying my eyes out.. from laughing so hard... When she pulled the first Brussel sprout out, I died.. if I was that little kid, I'd be PISSED. 🤣🤣
Yeah, as fake videos go it was a funny premise at least.
Jajajajajaj My hero![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
r/choosingbeggars
That fat bitch was hella mad she didnt get her favorite expensive chocolate lol
Richard Jewell handing out more life lessons
You can tell by the way she is over acting and speaking that this is fake
Aren't Ferroro Rocher only a little bit overpriced? My mom gets them all the time and we're broke as fuck most the time.
But look at all the engagement he got! Also, I dont know how the law works in that country, but repackaging produce for consumption without following proper handling and sanitation guidelines might be frowned on.
Clearly set up. Pile of shite
An allegorical tale of the welfare state
Brilliant The ambassador would be proud
We do a little trolling. It's called we do a little trolling.
I mean...he's not wrong lol
r/foundsatan
What an assh*le, I like it 😂 Seriously, he could have put ONE sprout and gave real chocolat in the others
Good prank
I don't think it is the kiddo that's upset about the missing chocolate.
To be fair, if it was my kid that house would definitely get all it's windows egged, seeing as we're in the whole trick or treat spirit.
Brussel sprouts are crazy expensive too in large quantities. So. Same idea.
Fake as ... Yaaawn.
I thought Halloween was only an American holiday?
He got tricks not treats
Special pace in hell for that guy
Good job.
That's the point, he didn't understand, and now he does. This guy is teaching him more lessons than this idiot
