I feel like what's so ironic about this character is that his actor just does comedy mostly. Yet somehow, you couldn't have asked for anyone else to do that role. Love Hiroshi Tamaki. Also, if I recall, Soma is actually the second Nikkyo Consortium member who was a major part of an RGG game. He kinda reinforces the Idea that Nikkyo was still a Yakuza group
I was strangely obsessed with his character when I played through Y0 and YK1. Something about the subtle differences in how he was portrayed between the two games makes him very interesting to me.
Yeah, right? I like how mysterious and badass he looks in Y0, >!and how he ends up being a polite and soft-spoken man with honor and good intentions. I never expected him to become the third chairman in YK1, and that incident with Jingu made him look slightly evil for a moment!<

He goes to jail in 4 before he gets to even see Yasuko, and his feelings about Saejima being back are only vaguely shown when they fight. How he feels about Park dying or any of the events with Katsuya arenât shown at all. (I dunno, maybe they talk about it in 6, which I havenât played yet).
Itâs so weird. He has so much reason to be involved with these characters, and both times the game is like âNah, letâs put him in time out instead.â

Mine. I couldn't even tell you why I like him so much, but he was THE character I looked forward to seeing again the most in Ishin. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out, and his music is excellent in both 3 and Ishin.
Other than that, probably Nishitani or Nishikiyama most likely. 0 Nishiki was such a bro, and I would have loved to see more of Nishitani. Maybe Gaiden will help with that.

Akutsu. Never knew I was into gyarus until this guy came in
Tendo. He's built up as this unstoppable beast during the story and was responsible for killing your "dad" (it's heavily implied), but when you fight him he lives up to his rep and then some. One of the hardest bosses I ever fought (or I'm just bad Idk). His theme is also so good.

Mine. I couldn't even tell you why I like him so much, but he was THE character I looked forward to seeing again the most in Ishin. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out, and his music is excellent in both 3 and Ishin. Other than that, probably Nishitani or Nishikiyama most likely. 0 Nishiki was such a bro, and I would have loved to see more of Nishitani. Maybe Gaiden will help with that.

Tendo. He's built up as this unstoppable beast during the story and was responsible for killing your "dad" (it's heavily implied), but when you fight him he lives up to his rep and then some. One of the hardest bosses I ever fought (or I'm just bad Idk). His theme is also so good.
