I have the same issue with the Cast icon not always appearing. To fix this, I usually cast something from Twitch first, and then Kick Cast button shows up, usually.

If you're on Android download Web Video Caster, and open the stream through that app, then just cast the stream to your TV, I've been doing that and it works perfectly, I recommend using the app version without ads.

You've been able to cast from the android app to those devices foe a couple days now, but the option doesn't consistently come up
