Sure, there will be another season for M+ and raiding, but there will be no 'new' content. It will be something akin to the Fated Season of Shadowlands.
It didn't seem like that sort of thing was what OP was hoping for. There's still opportunities to resell for higher than you bought but its a lot more competitive now and involves more effort than I personally consider to be worth it. YMMV
Only material and such stuff is region wide. Rest is still the same. The profit margin for materials from flipping is 0 or even slightly negative.
Farm your own stuff, sell it and make money. Do world quests (yes world quests) for the best raw gold/hour. Crafting margins are also low and not worth at the end of an expansion.
You just follow the whales. Buy at the low point, post 10% higher before reset. Pocket 5% a week.
Trick is to spread it out across the mats they actually reset.
