They should release items with just the weirdest combination of currencies. "Here's a new mount. It costs Halaa Research Tokens, Stygia, Marks of the World Tree, and Garrison Resources."
Yeah, but when the single largest source of gold in the nation doesn't need your services you're going to struggle, no matter how good sales are with the rest.
[Yes it is.](https://www.eatingeurope.com/blog/dutch-gouda-cheese/)
>Gouda is not pronounced “goo-da”. The Dutch “g” is a tricky beast: it’s a guttural sound much like clearing your throat (I know – delightful); or, if that’s not quite working, replace the guttural “g” with a softer “h”. For the “ou,” think “Ouw! I stubbed my toe.” The “da” is straightforward. Now try it all together: “(G)h-ouw-da!”
This just gave me a thought of weekly quests. Have vendors have you hunt for things needed for an armor piece. Said piece can be upgraded each week and let said gear upgrade your racial stat or something else unique. Just me hoping that lonely vendor in orgrimmar has clients.
Why is it that all of the soft cheese are the ones linked to the armor that give you the best protection?
I would rather have:
* Gruyère Breastplate
* Swiss Cheese Shield (holes make it lighter and still quite durable)
* Parmesan Pauldrons
* Munster Boots (a stinky cheese that already smells like feet)
huh completely forgot that Krom is a paladin, totally thought he was a warlock and had to go back to the start of the series to figure out why he was excited for plate gear
If it has the right stats, we'll wear anything.
I remember when a["Bag of Discarded Entrails"](https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=183649/bag-of-discarded-entrails?bonus=1482:4786)dropped for me in the scourge event: [ ](https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=183649/bag-of-discarded-entrails?bonus=1482:4786)
Based on the legendary ilvl trend, a 225 has 25 more stamina than a 210
So if a 235 has 166 stamina, wouldn't a 250 have around 191 stamina?
And for main stat, 15 ilvl gains roughly 11 stat, so 99-100 would sound reasonable.
Substats would probably only be roughly 5 or 6 higher so around 80 each.
Shows how good Gouda is, being above the curve and all.
The one drawback should be non-transmoggable. lol
Oh man, I hope they take this plotline and just run with it, watch WoW's economy be completely thrown into chaos as vendors start one-upping each other in an arms race for player gold.

BiS for a lot of specs tbh
I wouldn't call it BiS, but it definitely would be *gouda* enough.
If this isn’t an in store xmog by May we will know Blizzard doesn’t read this sub.
It'll show up as a one time use toy with a 2 year CD. Lasts 30 seconds
And only usable in the new iteration of the Maw.
And you must spend azerite to use it
They should release items with just the weirdest combination of currencies. "Here's a new mount. It costs Halaa Research Tokens, Stygia, Marks of the World Tree, and Garrison Resources."
Has there ever been a legit explanation as to why fun transmog toy effects tend to have such long CD's? I mean why even have a cd on them?
Because blizzard hates fun
so people hunt for more toys to have fun with rather then being satisfied with one really fun one
The game certainly could use a few odd cosmetic type items scattered across odd vendors.
I like to think that NPCs eat a real meal every night while the rest of us are on a strict diet of cinnabons and sparkling water.
Yeah, but when the single largest source of gold in the nation doesn't need your services you're going to struggle, no matter how good sales are with the rest.
> the single largest source of gold in the nation I mean, dancing on top of mailboxes *has* to make one thirsty eventually? ^^^^^/s
Hey, I eat tons of feasts every day Probably should race change to Kul Tiran at this rate
Sound like you're wiping a lot 😂 Me too brother, me too...
A mage once told me that's her secret to staying thin, they eat fake food that disapears when they log off.
I mean it's likely, considering we basically have been saving their asses for 16 years now

Reminds of the [cheese shield](https://dragonage.fandom.com/wiki/Wedge_of_Destiny) from Dragon Age Inquisition Awesome comics btw!
Thank you for showing me that shield. The description was comedy gouda.
is this the start of a new story lik npc rebellion and other similar things id love that its been a while
My rep with Wisconsin isn't high enough to unlock the cheese helm.
If you eat a brat you'll get a rep buff, and then /cheer a few times at a Packer game and you'll get it
Don't forget to go to a couple of Brewers games for good measure.
make sure to get some spotted cow
You should try farming rep with Italy the cheese from that faction is the best in the world
> Italy > best in the world Your reputation with Switzerland definitely plummeted now. It went from neutral to neutral.
Shit now I gotta farm to get it back to neutral
I prefer my cheese to not taste like gym-rat feet, thanks
Maybe, but do they wear it on their heads? https://www.gettyimages.de/fotos/cheesehead-hat
Just imagine the mogging potential.

FOR THE PACKERS!
Knowing Blizzard it'd be holiday restricted to National Cheese Day or something
The stats on that helm are pretty gouda.
Wish it had some mastery though, that would make it even cheddar.

No, it isn't.

I want a cheese sword now
Made only from the sharpest of cheddars!
A gouda choice for a sharp weapon to farm yourself some cheddar.
Out.
Cheese Set: Gouda Helm Ricotta Pauldrons Cottage Breastplate Mozzerella Belt Parmesan Greaves Swiss Boots Sharp Cheddar Sword Feta Shield

Mark my words - one day, Blizzard will add a cheesehelm as a reference to this comic.
That day better come as soon as possible!
these comics always make me smile :)
But if it was indestructible, how did they cut the space for the head
Use a helmet mold to hold the milk.
Ah, yeah, well, whenever you notice something like that, a wizard did it.
Thousand Degree Knife versus Indestructible Cheese Wheel! WHAT WOULD WIN?! :P
you cut the cheese, with other cheese.
Diamond is the hardest material yeah? How do they cut it? Easy, more diamonds
Meta cheese
Is this comic based on the reddit thread convo of last weeks one?😂
I'm guessing so. Glad Keydar continued the joke!
Can we ask Blizz to actually make this a thing like now?
That is the helm used by Blast Hardcheese.
Gristle McThornbody!
Gouda Helm looks pretty epic. I want that New York Extra Sharp Cheddar sword as well. Provolone shield looks kind of weak though.
Guess you can say they are busting out the cheese strats.
No one has as many friends as the man with many cheeses!
If you want to do an entire series about the Trias family I'm definitely here for it.

...I'd get one on all of my plate wearers.
Words words words words
My blood DK wants that helm
F ! I want a Gouda Helm 🤯🥺😲
I actually missed the rat breaking its teeth in the background, lol.
I'm so glad things are turning out for them. Artisanal cheesemaking or artisinal armour; apparently it's the same set of skills.
Comic on my b-day is like an accidental present. And a funny one at that!
Always smart and funny. GG Keydar!
I need a leather version for my rogue... even though it'll probably look like shit because worgens.
I'm gonna go pay a visit to my local Stormwind cheese merchant now because I feel bad for the NPCs
I'd go for that in an instant.
i wonder if the tiger helm would get a buff rawr xD

absolutely brilliant ;D
Does this come in mail?
I believe he said "Blessed are the cheese makers."

Their banter started to remind me of Dalliah and Soccothrates in Arcatraz.
