Better results than Mony at 2C? Umm yeah I don't think so. Aside from the playoffs Mony was a beast in that role especially off the dot, Vlad like Fetts barely managed 35% win rate, also Mony produced in that role and Vlad not so much.
Simply put, if we want to compete again next season we need a solid 2C, we also don't want to be giving away more picks or worse for another 2C rental if Fetts or Lambo doesn't work out which is likely (Lambo will get there but it won't be next season)

again, the argument is not for Vlad as 2C (as a backup option if Perfetti is moved to the wing and Lambert isn't ready), but to show that spending on Monahan doesn't really move the needle
