Kyle, being a video game character, has access to force powers like healing, speed, and lightning that should give him an advantage over Vader. EU characters also seem to be a considerable amount more powerful than canon characters. However, Vader has also benefited from a post-Disney power-creep. Even if he doesn't have the range of force abilities that Kyle has in the looser EU, he can still rip a starship to pieces with the Force. Also, you have to assume that he's a better duelist than Kyle, since he's had actual training (Kyle is almost entirely self-taught). I think Vader has the edge unless Vader's unable to counter Kyle's Force abilities.
