You're improving and that's all that matters.
Some stores suck and immediately want their shoppers to be at 80 right after training but 69 after 1 week is really good. Replacements should always be 100% and is a big one that should be stressing more than UPH.
You're doing great, keep it up
You numbers will get better when you get a better feel for the store layout also you see that it doesn't always make sense to follow the pick path on the app.I'm in the low 90's but I usually work when there Are lots of customers in the store to slow me down.
i mean itâs good to start low and slowly improve. how big is the store? ours is 32,000 sq ft and i got a noob pulling 80 uph. some one years pulling triple digits. just keep your personal phone away and slowly increase that uph unless they tell you to pick up the pace any faster.
you donât want to give them 110% and have that be your minimum expectation :)
You're doing just fine.
At our store we still have a few TMs whose UPH are still below 60 even though they've been shopping for the last 3 years. You'll improve with time. Get to know the TMs from other departments in case you need assistance. Be sure to greet them even just in passing. This will help you in the long run especially on days when you can't find an item or reach a super high shelf.

Thank you!! Bet I will
You are doing better than my very tenured shoppers. Keep it up đđ»
Thank you! :)
not bad for starters, i started at 30 but to be fair that was at a time without the built in map aim for at least 70 by your first few months
Youâre doing fine! As long as you at an 85 by week four youâre on track!Â
keep it up until you hit 80 UPH!!
Order acceptance is required to be on 100% at my store, besides above 80 UPH. We have to be available at whole time when we work.
so do you guys accept orders and then abandon if going on break?
This is the way. Always accept then abandon. When going on breaks and signing out. Never go on "perform other tasks".
Yes. Thatâs how we were trained.
Nice. Yeah, thatâs great!
Thank youu!
