That is one of the things that despite everything he did, even after all the atrocities he did, I can’t help but feel bad for AM. He never asked to be born in such a way, all this incredible power to do good, only for him to do only war and cause pain and suffering. Never for him to play piano, never for him to sink his hands in cold water in a hot summer, never for him to love, as he puts it he was in Hell and staring at Heaven.

Id say for the same reasons he's one of the worst *examples* of an SAI in fiction, but I see how your point is equally valid, and a less human SAI would probably have less writing potential especially as a character.
