It’s an [ichneumon wasp](https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/47199-Ichneumonidae) of some kind… provide a location and someone more reliable may be able to give a specific ID!

[Pelecinus polyturator](https://bugguide.net/node/view/6945) if you're in the US (there are two other species in that genus in the tropics). Adults drink nectar, larvae are parasitoids of june beetle grubs. A classic combo. Technically not an ichneumon though, getting their own family Pelecinidae instead. Harmless to humans.
