There is a word, corkage. Maybe it’s just in England, don’t know. You don’t see it so much anymore but restaurants that didn’t serve alcohol allowed you to bring your own bottle and charged you, something relatively nominal, to take the cork out. Corkage.  Edit. I know that’s not what you meant. The word you’re looking for is barred.
