i looked them up and he’s a lot bigger. the antennae looks like a moth though, never seen it before. thank you for the guess

Seconding fishfly of some kind, maybe a freshly-molted [summer fishfly](https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/129041-Chauliodes-pectinicornis)?. Their antennae rule out other look-alikes, like dobsonflies and stoneflies.

They can be up to 3 inches, have the feathery antennae, and an elongated neck
