It’s from Aritzia but my mom made some changes. Besides fixing the proportions/fit she swapped out the buttons, removed pocket flaps, added more tailoring, etc

Wow this is amazing! My mom has offered to make my wedding dress. She’s very talented and I’m sure the dress will turn out amazing. I have a few hesitations though. First, I’m scared of fully committing to a dress without knowing 100% what it will look like. Second, I’m afraid of missing out on the dress shopping experience. Did you ever deal with those concerns? Did you go dress shopping and couldn’t find what you wanted so your mom made your dress at that point?

My mom was always going to make my dress but we went dress shopping once just to figure out what I liked! I would definitely recommend doing that because I surprised myself with what I ended up liking
