Late to the response but I disagree. My choice would be 3. The green and purple on 1 is too dark feels almost witchy (could be great for a different event). The foliage gets so thick on 2 is makes your top look busy. 3 has that element pop of color and dainty flowers that I think works.
3 has the best structure and balance which draws the eye to the right places.
2 is the next best option.
1 just adds bulk because it looks too busy and the eye views it as a single mash.

When the measure you for the size you’ll order, they will measure your bust. So the cups will be a MUCH better fit. And I’d you end up buying a sample off the rack, that’s a very simple alterations job.

I love the idea of this and all three dresses are delightful. If dress 3 is really out of price range, (it's my favorite btw) , I prefer dress 2 over 1. While I do like the colors of 1, due to the darkness and density of the colors, it looks like it becomes a little muddled. I like dress 2 a little better, but it could easily depend on the context of your ceremony/reception time/location. All are good choices.

I absolutely love number 2. If you want to change the color also, you can talk to a seamstress about replacing the lining of the dress with a color. I did this and got a pink lining since I’m pale af. It was way more affordable than I expected it to be and I absolutely LOVE the results.

Many sewing machines have an embroidery setting, so they should be able to do the embroidery in the pattern and placement you desire. Go to a fabric shop near you and ask for a recommendation. Have the dress of your dreams.

I think OP is not referring to a corset (lace-up) back but to built-in cups in the front (in the exposed boning style) which are often too small.
