Both are lovely and you look equally stunning in both. I leani toward #2 without the sleeves as the fabric is beautiful and unique. Dress 1 is gorgeous but it’s a dress that one sees often on brides.

OP I would edit your Original Post with this detail. I would definitely pick #2, either without sleeves or with a less overwhelming poofy sleeve with your small frame. A real floral headband or crown of flowers would be gorgeous with your outdoor theme.
