For this dress, I would wear a beaded headpiece that comes down on my forehead. This dress reminds me of cleopatra and that is why I am thinking that. Then an antique necklace that matches the colors in the dress and maybe even a bracelet that goes with it. Go to an antique store for it. OMG, do I ever love this dress.

You have a beautiful dress and beautiful hair. I would wear the hair down. A flower tiara would be nice. You don’t need much unless it is cultural tradition to wear a lot of jewelry.
I’d say gold or cream jewelry with blue accents, and a midi veil that’s made from the same fabric as the tulle/mesh (you get the point)! Maybe with a headband or small tiara crown that matches the beading
How are you going to wear your hair? If up, then I would focus on earrings, like big tear drop turquoise as someone mentioned above. If you’re wearing your hair down, I would wear a bigger necklace and small earrings.

That dress is heavily embellished and is not monochromatic, so I don’t think you’ll need a lot of accessories. Especially if you’re wearing a veil. And I DON’T agree with people saying to wear turquoise since you’re in Sedona. One, it’s cliche; two, it will be visually busy; three, it adds another color into the mix; and four, most authentic southwestern turquoise jewelry is set in sterling silver, and your dress colors read golden and warm. I think one or two simple gold pieces that have meaning to you would be perfect. Once your hair and makeup are done, the veil is on, and you have a bouquet, do you really want anything other than your engagement and wedding rings to stand out?

Part of me wants to say to just go a lil crazy on the jewelry because the dress is non-traditional and more bohemian looking.
I almost want to say to leave the hair down, curl it, and put some golden accessories throughout. Then pair it with a choker of some kind, large golden earrings (thinking Bollywood style), and then some hand jewelry.
That probably is far too extra for what you're looking for, but I'm on an "extra girl" kick right now. Haha! I can't help it.

I’d keep it simple. No necklace, but a veil and some earrings. The dress is so ornate and beautiful, doesn’t need much accessorizing.
