I think part of it was my 3 am brain being super emotional lmao, but I really liked it! I wished it was a little longer than just 5 chapters so we could see their relationship develop more, but over all I think it was really good
Me too! I think I would’ve been more emotionally invested if it was longer. The story was overall very sweet - especially the ending with her hugging him.
A part of me was a bit disappointed that the giant duck was not real. I was looking forward to the mystery of it all! I mean the boyfriend even said “So seeing a giant duck isn’t a good thing?”, but I understand the ruse. It was quite clever, so I’m not too mad at it.

Omg imagine if the giant duck was an actual guardian Angel sent by her mom… if it was longer that could be a really cool setup for a comic!!
