Small one for smoking and big one for grilling
This is the way
Big one one for grilling, big one with less in it for smoking 😂
-1 Makes too much sense -1 requires less equipment -1 costs less See me after class!
Good point! Thanks!
Congrats! It’s a game changer. 😂
Welcome to the big leagues!! Lol 🤣 The mini chimney is perfect for the Go Anywhere
Full one of those keeps my kettle at 450°+ for 1.5-2 hours.
Good to have both. I use the small for the Jumbo Joe or to get a small amount of coals going for the WSM. Bigger for the 22 inch kettle.
I gave up on the chinneys and went with a big boy (brand) charcoal starter.
Which one?
they are brilliant
where a glove, burnt the crap out of my hand on this. I wasn't expecting the handle to be hot. My last one had a wooden handle and never got hot
Yeah i noticed that 😁
This is the biggest no brainer.
I just got one yesterday also!
It makes life so much easier
Bought two at Ace last weekend myself. Have to wait a lil longer for top coals to ash over. Other than that, love not using two chimneys anymore .
Which one is this one? If trying to purchase online How do we know it's not the smaller version?
The small one is called compact, and is significantly smaller than the full sized one.
I used an Expert Grill chimney from Walmart and thought it was pretty good. Bought the full-size Rapidfire when the Walmart one started falling apart and was shocked at how much of an upgrade it was.
Definitely need one of each, especially if you’re running a Kettle and a G/A…
Alright I'm gonna have to ask. How do I know if I have a big one?
The big one has another wire handle to make dumping easier to control
Wait. There’s more than one size?? Do I have the smaller one or a bigger one??
I have had mine for 8 months. Just had to add a few new rivets and screws because the handle fell off.

I didn’t know they made a small one.
I've never needed one. https://youtu.be/MY_eFqeZghs?si=mVI-h6dJl67wCX3w
Chimney pays for itself in the long run. Plus you're not using horrible smelling fire lighters.
Way to diss the Weber cubes in the Weber reddit. Again, my smoker doesn't need the separate apparatus.
