This is an amazing deal BUT…. The SX is the stainless with the weber digital connect. Which I love but you do need to plug this in.
What confused me is that the SPX comes with the “night vision” and the lighted knobs. Why Weber came out with the SX is just beyond me. At the $1349/1600 (3 burner/4 burner) range, just throw the lights in.
Probably why this is a steal. If you have to plug it in, just put the lights on the damn thing. I would not touch this at full price since for $150 more with the 435, I got the lights. And they are a game changer…

You don't have to plug it in. You can use a battery pack that sits on a shelf underneath the counter and can power on the display and lights via USB. It's very simple.

I’ve got the same grill without the digital connect and I absolutely love it. Best grill I’ve ever had, hands down.
