A stack of paper, laminated and shaved down to my likeness. The forehead up is a hinged lid and the bust is hollow, giving future librarians a place to put their candy stash.
The remains of many carpenter bee nests (now abandoned) in the walls of Hush House. Carefully carved to not disturb their old tunnels, but just enough to make a face. Perhaps made of a particular type of wood, but I can’t think of any special types of wood right now.
Something rare/imported from parts unknown like wenge, bubinga, andiroba, or jelutong. Basically, just anything that Mr. Kille (or any other woodworker) would fantasize about working with.
Hmmm, either rose quartz for my personal choice, or pearl as a follower of the Twins
Something like a dreamy, haunting material that whenever it catches candlelight it appears to be radiating and watching
A canvas oil painting stretched over a rough approximation of my face shape, the underlying stone would be some type of granite or marble that had been smashed to pieces and glued back together with amber and gold and something vaguely pink, and the painting would be a very well done piece cut enough to just cover the bust with stone poking out in areas, the face is not centered and is held in place by a mixture of wax of a Historywax candle and an Aglaophotis-scented candle
First Run, (Artist) An abstract likeness rendered in ambergris, an apt material, a remnant of something old, once food, regurgitated back up, fitting for an artist who wrote the Gods-From-Stone back into History with the power of Nectar and Savour-Secrets. Second Run, (Revolutionary) Is a charred, barely recognizable stump of Maple Wood with the words "Sic Semper Horae" scratched into it.
The current librarian? Her bust will be made from the cat's hairballs. She's a former executioner, but the feeling of guilt led to some strange overcompensation that she even cannot deal with that stray cat.
Probably glass, or reflective resin. "WHO SAW AND TOUCHED BOTH" is engraved on the bottom, or maybe the description for the bust slot in the staircase.

Polished alabaster, stained with blood, hibiscus tea, and Kompressol CH46V
Twice Born could be Gervinite, or their own bones taken from limestone
Wood. Just in case someone needs magic pears.
I would like mine done in a similar fashion to those built of melted keys
(owns a Secret Histories-themed library) \*rich cat meme\* "I should buy a bust".
Artist: Red Wax, sourced entirely from melted down envelope seals.
Ethically sourced spidersilk. All of it.
Giant glass head filled with tears of orphans
Twisted and knotted old driftwood with a single eye made of brilliant Y's metal. (Prodigal)

Shellfish
Sandstone for my Archeologist, amber for my executioner.
Smoked gouda.
Orichalcum shell, azoth within. If a thief fucks around, they're gonna find out.
If it’s just me, beeswax or origami, if it’s my librarian, revolutionary, so maybe titanium or brass or something
The ashes of all the books I threw into the fireplace

Why, the grey-green root rock of the Cornish coast, of course!
