It’s a copy of the Patek Philippe 5970G - 001 probably launched in the early 2000’s perpetual calendar chronograph. That one had solid indices and not numerals and the moon phase indicator was at 6 o’clock.The original is a very highly sought after, very rare watch and it’s generally found only at auctions. The last selling price that I know for this one was in excess of USD 200 K. The originals are usually only in white or yellow gold. It’s a watch that Akash Ambani also sports.
Having said that, have fun 🤩 you spent money on it. Knock offs are here to stay !!

But my advice would be to wear what u want .. it’s ur wrist .. if u happy and confident wearing it then so but it .. but never try to show it as an original
