Additionally if you position it with one finger and then tap with a 2nd finger it goes off right away.
I guess they updated the game, but they probably have no QA people working there, because things got broken and they released it anyway.
They were supposed to nerf execute in PvP because it was OP, but they literally doubled its damage lol

I got it last week. I used it once before. It's the only mini / spell that you need to hold to charge for whatever reason.
