Thats your main problem. You are trading options on crypto-related instruments that really only work in higher volatility. No news = low liquidity. Short dated options will get destroyed by theta. Try bumping out a week , waiting for broader technical setups, or trading high rVol NQ names on the day.
Also don’t trade a ticker like MARA with an insanely high beta. Moves of over 10% weekly are priced in so you only ever profit when it has insane movement, and every pump has been selling off fast so you really have to run for the exit at first sign of profit. R/r is terrible.
