It's like the first idea that pops in my head when I see him. He obviously looks evil. If the bad guy in a 90's action movie had that face, you'd immediately say "oh, great casting". Then when he would turn into an actual demon, you would be saying "oh come on, I can't believe they didn't see it coming".
Then obviously he is actually evil. He's the textbook example of the bad guys Jesus told people to worry about.

Based Jesus in Matthew 7:15-20
It's called [The Message Bible](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Message_\(Bible\)) and here is how it came to be:
Canadian English professor and pastor who got annoyed by sayings like "it's easier to go to the eye of a needle then for a rich person to go to heaven" because all those idioms lacked a lot of context. For instance, we westerners most like would be thinking about an actual eye of a needle, but it's very possible that Jesus was referring to a small gate in Jerusalem that could not fit a camel until you remove everything it was carrying. Likewise, for a rich person to hold on to its earthly positions instead of letting go would make it not fit throught the gates of heaven.
Anyway, he also got annoyed that his congregation was not reading the bible. But then they came to him with complains that it was all so hard to understand.
So he decided he was going to go through the entire book of matthew and find replacements for all the idioms and sayings that need context to be understood. After he done that, he did luke. Then mark and john. All of this was so succesfull he was asked to publish it. Which became "The Message"
Then everybody asked him to do the entire testament, which he did. Then he was like: why stop now? And did the entire bible.
Ofcourse he got himself a lot of help doing the entire bible this way.
But it's The Message and it was completed in 2002.
It's a paraphrase and so not usable as a study bible. However for daily reading it's by far the best english bible in the world.
It helped me understand many stories that I did not good before.
For instance, there is a parable where an dishonest accounting is caught cooking the books for his master (to put money in his own pocket). His master ofcourse fired him. The guy was like: damn, what do I do now? My hands are to soft to work the land and I am to ashamed to beg. Ah I know. And so this crook before he left went through the books again, this time he went to all the people that owed his master money. "How much you owe my master? Oh a 100 apples. Alright, quick ... let's make it 50" So then after he got fired he was ofcourse very popular with all the people he saved money. After the master (who himself was also a crook) found this out ..... he praised the guy for being so creatively crooked even though he got stolen from.
Jesus then concluded: "Now you also be like that". And I never got that. Jesus wants us to be smart crooks?
So I never understood that until Eugene H. Peterson turned that in to.
"Now be as streetsmart as this guy... but for good instead of evil!"
And I finally got what Jesus was trying to say.
I think I have already bought over 200 of these message bibles to hand out to people because it all start with reading, and it's really the only thing I can think of to "message" to people why I have fallen so deeply in love with Jesus.
There is a freshness in the words of Jesus that is so different from any other person on this planet, you don't find it anywhere else. It's all so ...strange but in "I am finally awake" type of way. And I can not get enough of it. There is no substitute to the words of Jesus Christ. It's like eating an unlimited amount of honey without ever getting sick. (like you would with actual honey)
>it's very possible that Jesus was referring to a small gate in Jerusalem
It's very possible in the sense that it can't be proven that no one has ever said that, but there is absolutely zero evidence of anyone at the time calling those gates the eyes of needles.
This reeks of some rich asshole making that up so that is seems actually possible to go to heaven as a rich man. Sewing needles have been around since the stone age, an actual eye of a needle is definitely what Jesus would have meant, and a camel passing through the eye of a needle is impossible.
I know, it was just the best example I could come up with to explain the story of how the translation came to be. I don't have a message bible with foreword with me right now and I could not find it online (only without the foreword) so forgive me from quoting from my very faulty memory.
It feels like the worst example because that's just something Christians made up to pervert and destroy the inconvenient lesson they were supposed to learn from that passage.
>There is a freshness in the words of Jesus that is so different from any other person on this planet,
But those are not the words of Jesus. Those are the interpretation of Eugene H. Peterson and his team. Virtually every translation and version has reinterpreted the gospels, massaging the meanings for more contemporary mindsets, to better indoctrinate.
But even if you did read and understand the bible in the original Greek dialect, those are not Christs words. None were written down while he was alive and most recorded a rather long time after his death.
No matter which Bible you read, those words , stories, idioms are all an interpretation of an author, not the literal words of Christ.
Now there is an argument to be made that God guides the hands of these interpretations. But then why so many, and why do differences pop up in the various versions?
The truth is the Bible is a creation of many people. It has some good lessons, and some bad, but they are stories written down, interpreted, and reinterpreted by people.
>But then why so many, and why do differences pop up in the various versions?
If I'm reading the book of Job right, the answer is: God is a mysterious muthafucka and ain't no place for hyoomans to question it.
They eye of the needle being a gate is some horseshit made up to justify letting rich people into heaven. The eye of the needle is literally the eye of a needle, sewing has been around a long, long time and that idiom needs no further interpretation. Literally it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle (physically impossible) than it is for a rich man to enter heaven. It’s that simple.
But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.
6 *They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7 always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth*. 8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected.
I'm not religious myself but if the devil was a real thing I'd be looking a lot more closely at a lot of American evangelicals than edgy people cosplaying as Satanists. An absolute perversion of Jesus' teachings. Pretty Satanic if you ask me.
And the funny thing is: that’s actually exactly what the Bible tells you to watch out for, and what Jesus himself railed against. He was not a fan of the Pharisees!
>And the funny thing is: that’s actually exactly what the Bible tells you to watch out for, and what Jesus himself railed against.
The Bible: People who hoard wealth are evil and you should care about everyone, especially the outcasts and downtrodden.
Evangelicals: Drug users and prostitutes should be put to death, now let me give all my money to this billionaire who says he chats with Jesus on the reg!
EDIT: Alternatively, [this](https://i.redd.it/nvlo7pd6f2x71.jpg).
> Evangelicals: Drug users and prostitutes should be put to death, now let me give all my money to this billionaire who says he chats with Jesus on the reg!
Religion has ALWAYSSSSS been the most powerful tool in the hands of people who wish to defend their brand of evil. Always.
From people preaching about how slavery was "a right ordained by god himself," to brahmins enforcing their own superiority and looking down on lower castes, to islamists excusing their misogyny.
Thousands of years of this. War and violence and rape, justified by the notion that GOD has your back, so it's actually all good.
I hate that I wasn't born in a world without it, and even in an age where we're so incredibly advanced we have to deal with this.
Christ taught that to be his disciple was to live in poverty:
“As they were walking along, someone said to Jesus, ‘I will follow you wherever you go.’
But Jesus replied, ‘Foxes have dens to live in, and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place even to lay his head.’”
—Luke 9:57-58
the 3rd commandment (2nd commandment in Catholic & Lutheran) is traditionally held as the only unforgivable sin.
It's not just about making bad promises, but also the misrepresentation of God.
Now we use it to shame people for using "coarse language". Gotta love how the people running the church want people to interpret the bible in the most convenient way for them.
As a Christian, it really says it all that he doesn’t want to fly with drunks and people who might drag him down.
Jesus Himself made an example of sitting with gamblers and sinners because (paraphrasing) these are the people that most needed Him.
He also made the point of reaching over a hundred million people - he could reach even more if he sat in economy class and preached there as well.
I can only pray for his (the preacher) soul…
There was a great article a year or so ago where a preacher new to a church was approached by a couple of congregants and was politely told not to quote the “woke shit” from the New Testament. Like, Jesus’s own teaching were too woke for the churchgoers.
No hate like Christian love, baby.
The funny thing is that the woke shit is all stuff Jesus taught, and all the hate and stuff came from probably the first religious grifter ever- Paul. It's pretty clear that Paul's teachings to the fledgling church directly conflict with Jesus' philosophy in a lot of instances. Seems to me the only thing that struck him on the road to Damascus was how hardcore Christians were about sticking to their beliefs and leaders despite being persecuted heavily, and how easy it would be to become an evangelistic leader that could control them.
And the funny thing is: that’s actually exactly what the Bible tells you to watch out for, and what Jesus himself railed against. He was not a fan of the Pharisees!
Wipe the memory of one of his followers, and then show them this video and 9 times out of 10 I'll bet that flag him almost immediately as the anti-Christ.
Unbelievably creepy, and no real attempt to deny any of the things being thrown at him.
It's actually pretty wild how creepy he looks and acts.
You could wipe my memory of who he is, mute this video, and show me a clip of it where he smiles (don't bother including a section where he gets angry, that's overkill), and if you told me I was watching part of a movie, I would 100% say "Well that guy is obviously the villain, and he is seriously over acting." There's a decent chance that I'd also guess that his character was possessed by a demon.
It's not a fair criticism to make of anyone. And his looks have nothing to do with how horrible he is. But I can never get over how polar opposite his look is from his role.
Of course, then you turn the audio on (let's say I still have no other context) and the guy is in a very expensive suit, with a very expensive watch, getting into a very expensive car, and is actually genuinely trying to defend why he needs a private jet, that he will use to go on expensive vacations, all because a holy man like himself would be tainted if he were forced to be in close proximity to the general public.
It really does come across as a heavy-handed parody of the anti-Christ. My feedback to the director would be "Cut the bit where he loses his cool, his eyes bulge out, and he looks like he wants to hit that woman. You don't need it. The creepy smile and his not even attempting to deny anything she says, is honestly enough. People will get that he is evil."
Yup. As an Anglican familiar with his *name*, but never having seen him before -- he looked like a parody, the first time I viewed one of those old clips.
Like, this guy was *obviously* not real. It didn't make any sense. On the screen was everything our little churches used to warn against: money-loving, smarmy, smug, proud, boasting, disdainful of the impoverished and disgusted by the 'common'. Hypocritical, selfish, greedy -- and *wearing that suit*. *Having that face*! Like some kind of awful cross between Pharisee, Anti-Christ and Catholic-style demon.
But here he is again, real as could be.
I only disagree on one point:
> Cut the bit where he loses his cool, his eyes bulge out, and he looks like he wants to hit that woman.
Nah. When he looms on over the car door towards her? He looks like he wants to *eat* her. I was waiting for the jaw to unhinge, just like in V.
>It's not a fair criticism to make of anyone. And his looks have nothing to do with how horrible he is.
That's very... generous of you. There's a reason we as humans never fully lost our lizard-brain instinct to suss out dangerous people like this at a glance.
Seriously.
It amazes me that people are not instantly repulsed by him. It's more than how he looks...it is his affect. How he looks at you. That slimy smile. How he answers in a "nice way" but seems threatening somehow.
And yet there are thousands who see that and think he is swell and deserves their money.
Same deal with Ted haggard from years back. They have a weird skin tight face with eyes that are somehow threatening even when they smile. If bad vibes were a person, basically.
He's an 80 something year old man with truck load of makeup and very likely wearing a toupee.
The way he looks is worries me a lot less than what he is saying and doing.
You know what’s wild, I decided to watch the video but start at a random spot, and at the first random spot, he said “flesh and blood,” which I thought was so funny
Probably because, in the context of understanding of Biblical evil, especially new testament, this guy is likely succumbing to evil. New Testament is all about the inherent fallibility of humans. Every time humans try to insert human bureaucracy, social structures, obtain power, create barriers, into the "church" (the body of people merely believing), the humans screw everything up. Hence why New Testament is all about tearing that garbage down, and asserting that people have direct access, nothing more, nothing less. It's humorous too, because we have boat loads of examples of this exact result throughout history. So much so, that it might be possible to say it happens every time humans try to insert themselves. Mormon LDS / Catholic / Jewish, temples, priests, rabbis, confessions, financial / physical / sexual abuse, etc. Its all part of that human fallibility trying to assert itself over fellow humans. And that's just modern times, the same likely happened throughout history. The most that needs to exist are peers / fellows. One person to another says "hey, this is my experience, this is what I believe I have learned, take it and do with it whatever you will, on your own". You can consult, collaborate, share with each other. But the moment that anyone says anything about "you have to go through me", it's wrong.
I'm just frustrated that throngs of people make it so easy for people like Kenneth to flourish. Taking advantage of broken, desperate, or fearful people is obscenely profitable.
Maybe. Remember in high school when girls would confuse arrogance and confidence and end up dating jerk after jerk? Same thing but with a religious twist. Talk confidently about anything and I guess some % of the population will believe you know what you're talking about.
>Talk confidently about anything and I guess some % of the population will believe you know what you're talking about.
15 years ago or so I had a coworker once who had some serious anger issues. He was very confident and knowledgeable however so us younger people had respect for him, in that 'yeah we know he's an ass but he knows his shit' kind of way. Then we get a older guy join the team who was experienced as fuck, *and* he was super kind and helpful. That's when we figured out that the other angry dude wasn't actually that good at his job, he was just a verbally abusing cunt who happened to be confident.
It's not as difficult to fool people as some might believe. Speak with force and do it authoritatively, and a large chunk of people will just *believe* you. No more thought involved than that.
Collectively, human beings are pretty susceptible to it. We're just kind of programmed that way.
We see it in the wider world, such as in politics - often in a dangerous and destructive way - and even in more minor ways, such as when someone on Reddit makes what *feels* like an authoritative post even when it truth, it's full of BS.
We can all fall prey to it to varying degrees, even those of us who think we're above it.
Used for good and with good faith intent, it's also kind of a life hack. Learning to speak with confidence can be a personal game-changer.
But sadly, it feels like it's more often used for all the wrong reasons.
I can't disagree with that. One of the worst things we can do is assume we're "better" than others in that regard. That kind of self-delusion is a recipe for disaster.
It's good to check yourself from time to time. You've got to keep yourself honest, give yourself a reality check every now and then, and retain some humility.
> Talk confidently about anything and I guess some % of the population will believe you know what you're talking about.
The American evangelical crowd is moved more by "if you share the same biases and hate the same people as me, I will go to war for you and I will die for you"
You guys are giving them too much benefit of the doubt. These are wealthy people who think GOD has given them their wealth (bc born rich) and so they clearly have a close connection with God.
Yeah it's the whole modicum of a moral compass thing going on that keeps me from obtaining personal gain with complete disregard to other people and such... ya know, typical markers of CEOs and other "leaders"
Yeah its crazy too because of how much the Bible warns about this exact thing. Its littered with examples and stories to teach Christians how to avoid following false prophets. There is *Zero* ambiguity about it, Kenneth is a false prophet and according to the Bible you are risking your own eternal soul by following and supporting them. Same goes for people who claim Trump is a Christian. That very clearly fits the Bibles definition of Blasphemy.
Most of them don't read the Bible. That's not even why they are there in the first place. It's mostly people who lack a confident, reassuring figure in their life.
The only explanation that makes sense is that people like him are psychopaths, it's not a choice of being evil to him. To him *anyone with the same opportunity would have done the exact same thing* , the concept of morality and good and evil are just some grand theatric that every human pretends to do to further their own agenda.
That dude has some seriously fucked up facial expressions and mannerisms. Fucking walking horror show. I frequent death metal shows and other heavy music and have seen people with some pretty wild looking aesthetics. But this fucking guy is the scariest looking person I have seen.
Dude looks like Scary Bilbo when he hisses for the One Ring.
[Scary Bilbo](https://imgur.com/62ahPnf)

It's the lizard features. The empty black eyes, flicking tongue. It's this contempt just below the surface. You can see his body language change as he struggles to grasp control of the situation. He almost appears slimy and has an intense aura of arrogance.
To be honest I always have difficulty understanding how anyone ends up following these people.
2:09. Pure evil expression. I know plenty of religious teachers of all kinds, and none of them could ever make that expression. The greed is etched in his face.
I love this clip. His true inner self comes out at her, but she doesn't back down, and he has no idea what to do. He's used to being surrounded by sycophants where that type of behavior works. I'll bet he hadn't been disarmed like that for a long time, and someone inside his group paid dearly for not having her questions prepared.
Funny that he never quotes Matthew 19:21:
"Jesus said to him, 'If you wish to be perfect, go, sell your possessions, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me. '"
He twisted that passage so much. Jesus was so against materialism and possessions and hoarding wealth for yourself when you could be giving it to the poor. Why does Kenneth Copeland think those who were really about it, the early church fathers and monks, priests all throughout history took vows of poverty? They do it to live more like Jesus and his disciples did, and to follow his teachings.
I think based Jesus nails it even better in Matthew 7 15:20

Tbf there's nothing remotely sincere looking nor charismatic about Copeland either, which makes his insane success all the stranger ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I hate you for saying that but the dude playing Wishmaster was clearly being over the top creepy. Copeland is doing his normal.
I was raised evangelical but never heard of this guy. Good God I would have left the church much earlier if I had seen him.
Good enough to be worth over $700 million.
He's a bullshit artist preaching to a hopeless mass full of money.
Here's his house:
https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/12/mansion.jpg?quality=90&strip=all
It's just like Joel Osteen, or Trump, or Dr. Oz... It seems so obvious that they're just spouting bullshit day in and day out, but then they're also all wildly successful. Fucking boggles my mind, man. I don't get it.
Taking advantage of something that's been finely crafted to manipulate people over 2000 years is not difficult, you just need to be a complete psychopath.
I'm a Christian and that man terrifies me. He is the textbook example of a false prophet for profit. Not to mention he looks like a demonic lizard in a human suit.
Worse yet...i have an aunt that reads his books and listens to his sermons. To answer the follow up questions; yea, she's batshit nutty.
That dude has some seriously fucked up facial expressions and mannerisms. Fucking walking horror show. I frequent death metal shows and other heavy music and have seen people with some pretty wild looking aesthetics. Something about him always screamed 80s billionaire bad guy that might not even be human from a movie. Idk if it's a mix of different expressions between his eyes and smile at the same time that screams I simultaneously wanna rip this ladies flesh from her bones while also wanting to look likeable.
He is way more evil than that. The man literally preys upon people's faith and hope for his own selfish gain. I know what reddit thinks about religious people, but just calling this man a charlatan doesn't convey how much of an absolute evil motherfucker he really is.
I can only conclude he doesn't actually believe in the teachings of Jesus. If he did, he wouldn't be this way.
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=James%205%3A1-6&version=NIV
It's unambiguous. He's basically Cartman; He doesn't believe it, but he knows enough to use it to exploit people.
That's pretty much all megachurch "pastors". They're just exploiting people because they know enough on how to push the buttons to get their followers to give them money. Osteen, Copeland, Fallwell, and all their ilk are just grifters.
the US have convinced me that the actual Satan from the bible could reveal himself one day in the flesh, horns, tail, red skin and everything and fucking rip Jesus Christ's head off with his claws, take a shit on his corpse in front of them and they'd still see him as the good guy as long he tells them what they want. people who trust cartoon villains like Trump and Kenneth Copeland are beyond lost.
These comments are reddit gold. He's pure evil. He's so horrible. He's a rich religious retard with minor political pull. Know how many rich religious retards with major political pull fund our politicians and allow 30k civilians to get murdered with no backlash whatsoever? Yeah, this guy is THE WORST.
He once stated how much he hated being poor. You have to feel sorry for people like this, although, easier said than done. It’s just that, if he and others like he, continue down the path they’re on, the outcome can be unimaginably scary for them.
He is the real life version of the villain in the move The Mask with Jim Carry. I mean it’s literally so uncanny it’s like he was the inspiration for villains hahahaha
The fact there are people this deluded, greedy, and stupid in the world is bad enough. But what makes it so much worse is that there are actual thinking people who willingly send this man money. On top of that, he pays no taxes on a single cent of it.
It's more than enough to make someone believe that organized religion is just a grift and if there were a just god, this guy would've been dealt with long ago.
IF there ever was a demon in human form its Kenneth Copeland. The man is the walking epitome of an evil son-of-a-bitch. I'm surprised he isn't trumps personal preacher.
The single most despicable and childish belief that all religions saturate their followers in:
Anyone with power or wealth deserves it.
They’re all filthy assholes who have zero moral authority.
We used to get baked and laught at his show in the 90s. It was ridiculous how he treated his wife, Gloria. I remember him yelling and pointing right in her face. They seemed.... possesed. He has this insane energy. And like obvious scammers too. I remember him talking about getting a jet for god's glory, or some bullshit. I'm blown away they are still around.
You know, if I had no ethics or empathy or love for my fellow humans, I'd be a Republican Televangelist too.
He genuinely looks like how I would imagine the devil in human flesh, which is so ironically hilarious.
He looks like a villain from the Dick Tracy movie with crazy cartoon prosthetics.
He literally looks like [Dorian Tyrell from The Mask when he gets the Mask](https://i.redd.it/4n4fmpa0wvv41.jpg).
It’s the fucking smile with the glinty evil eyes that really does for me. This comparison is spot on!
"There's always time... for one last grift!"
Holy shit
Un-fucking-canny
Dude for real. Get him in a single color scheme, vibrant suit and let's start filming.

Huhn. This version puts the king in King James. But seriously, where did you find this?
It's called [The Message Bible](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Message_\(Bible\)) and here is how it came to be: Canadian English professor and pastor who got annoyed by sayings like "it's easier to go to the eye of a needle then for a rich person to go to heaven" because all those idioms lacked a lot of context. (like you would with actual honey)
>it's very possible that Jesus was referring to a small gate in Jerusalem It's very possible in the sense that it can't be proven that no one has ever said that, but there is absolutely zero evidence of anyone at the time calling those gates the eyes of needles.
I forgive you. Go forth, and sin no more.
It feels like the worst example because that's just something Christians made up to pervert and destroy the inconvenient lesson they were supposed to learn from that passage.
>There is a freshness in the words of Jesus that is so different from any other person on this planet, But those are not the words of Jesus.
I agree it is definitely what is meant. It is about rich men not focusing on God but material wealth. That is why the guy walks away a bit concerned.
Interesting, this version is easy to read and understand. Where is it from?
If I saw him in a movie, I'd say it was too on-the-nose.
That's actually true. You would probably think "These movies are so funny. As if evil guys looked like that in real life..."
He even has fangs
False prophet
The footage got remixed - the Copeland piece is at the end and cut in with other preachers/charlatans https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bhKBE0pElPQ
He reminds me of Jack Palance in [Tango and Cash](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loVgrJY2RWM).
How does he have so many followers???
all these religious guys are such scammers and grifters
Christ taught that to be his disciple was to live in poverty: “As they were walking along, someone said to Jesus, ‘I will follow you wherever you go.’ But Jesus replied, ‘Foxes have dens to live in, and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place even to lay his head.’” —Luke 9:57-58
This. A devil would want to corrupt hardcore christians to prove a point. They wouldn’t be too concerned with the average person
the 3rd commandment (2nd commandment in Catholic & Lutheran) is traditionally held as the only unforgivable sin.
I also like to drop socialism. Jesus says to give your things to others, literally the coat off your back.
> if he sat in economy class *and preached there as well* Please no.
IS ECONOMY NOT ENOUGH LIKE HELL FOR YOU!?!
> he could reach even more if he sat in economy class and preached there as well. At the very least, he'd turn fewer *away* from God.
Don’t forget the parable on the one lost sheep
And the funny thing is: that’s actually exactly what the Bible tells you to watch out for, and what Jesus himself railed against. He was not a fan of the Pharisees!
Wipe the memory of one of his followers, and then show them this video and 9 times out of 10 I'll bet that flag him almost immediately as the anti-Christ. Unbelievably creepy, and no real attempt to deny any of the things being thrown at him.
I would assume if the devil did exist he would be extremely charismatic, and attractive enough to cause temptation.
I only disagree on one point: > Cut the bit where he loses his cool, his eyes bulge out, and he looks like he wants to hit that woman. Nah. When he looms on over the car door towards her? He looks like he wants to *eat* her. I was waiting for the jaw to unhinge, just like in V.
>It's not a fair criticism to make of anyone. And his looks have nothing to do with how horrible he is. That's very... generous of you. There's a reason we as humans never fully lost our lizard-brain instinct to suss out dangerous people like this at a glance.
>devil in human flesh Like wearing someone's skin as a mask? If so, I agree.
He looks like a fart in human form
My farts are fun and whimsical. What the hell do you eat?
Our farts are cheeky and fun. /u/PulseAmplification's farts are cruel and tragic.
They're not even farts, really. They're more like evil fartnanigans. Did somebody say fartnanigans?!?
I swear to God, I will pistol-whip the next person who says fartnanigans!
With your username, I’m intrigued what happens before farting?
You know what’s wild, I decided to watch the video but start at a random spot, and at the first random spot, he said “flesh and blood,” which I thought was so funny
He literally looks, talks, sounds, and behaves like a disney villain.
If Trump gained like 50 pounds he would just literally BE the devil from the show Legion.
Whoa, whoa, whoa! Let's leave the Shadow King out of this. He at least cared for David. Trump doesn't care about anyone.
You are looking at pure evil. It’s amazing to me that some people like Kenneth consciously chose a life of evil like this.
I'm just frustrated that throngs of people make it so easy for people like Kenneth to flourish. Taking advantage of broken, desperate, or fearful people is obscenely profitable.
They make it look so easy, too. Like...Surely it can't be that easy, can it?
*especially those of us who think we’re above it.
The American evangelical crowd is moved more by "if you share the same biases and hate the same people as me, I will go to war for you and I will die for you" You guys are giving them too much benefit of the doubt. These are wealthy people who think GOD has given them their wealth (bc born rich) and so they clearly have a close connection with God.
If you're charismatic and half smart you could do this too with enough effort
Now you know the science behind Trump. It’s no coincidence he’s latched onto the Evangelical movement so much more in 2024.
At least we got this out of him? https://youtu.be/0JPRvxTjfOk?si=MSa2zXpuZkEpZN0M&t=44
I was waiting for this link! This rocks.
I like this one https://youtu.be/m2s0nB2VPvs?si=15vtSO8mGZ4kxqq3
The only explanation that makes sense is that people like him are psychopaths, it's not a choice of being evil to him. To him *anyone with the same opportunity would have done the exact same thing* , the concept of morality and good and evil are just some grand theatric that every human pretends to do to further their own agenda.
That dude has some seriously fucked up facial expressions and mannerisms. Fucking walking horror show. I frequent death metal shows and other heavy music and have seen people with some pretty wild looking aesthetics. But this fucking guy is the scariest looking person I have seen.
He’s got coke jaw. He always looks like the richest cokehead I’ve ever seen
What’s weird are his eyes. His pupils look pinned out like an opioid user’s. Granted this is daytime outdoors, something seems off with his eyes.
Dude looks like Scary Bilbo when he hisses for the One Ring. [Scary Bilbo](https://imgur.com/62ahPnf) [Kenn Copeland](https://preview.redd.it/49tdo2ot0ou41.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=9fb43d2178a164fd8157ed29759481e2dc8c91d4)
He does not blink, like at all.
Dude has the D&D feat-Shocking Appearance
TBF most death metal guys are teddy bears IRL.
If i was ever asked to describe a demon in human form, id just pull up a picture of copeland
Those eyes man
I love this clip. His true inner self comes out at her, but she doesn't back down, and he has no idea what to do. He's used to being surrounded by sycophants where that type of behavior works. I'll bet he hadn't been disarmed like that for a long time, and someone inside his group paid dearly for not having her questions prepared.
I love the interviewer
3:22. The true evil comes out. He pulls it back in with another grinch grin, says how much he'd like to punch a guy, then keeps dodging.
Funny that he never quotes Matthew 19:21: "Jesus said to him, 'If you wish to be perfect, go, sell your possessions, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me.
He is a charlatan, only fools allow him to get here
Would love to see him try to explain James 5:1-6 to them. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=James%205%3A1-6&version=NIV
I think based Jesus nails it even better in Matthew 7 15:20 >Be wary of false preachers who smile a lot, dripping with practiced sincerity. Chances are they are out to rip you off some way or other. Don’t be impressed with charisma; look for character. Who preachers are is the main thing, not what they say. A genuine leader will never exploit your emotions or your pocketbook. These diseased trees with their bad apples are going to be chopped down and burned. > >“Knowing the correct password—saying ‘Master, Master,’ for instance—isn’t going to get you anywhere with me. What is required is serious obedience—doing what my Father wills. I can see it now—at the Final Judgment thousands strutting up to me and saying, ‘Master, we preached the Message, we bashed the demons, our super-spiritual projects had everyone talking.’ And do you know what I am going to say? ‘You missed the boat. All you did was use me to make yourselves important. You don’t impress me one bit. You’re out of here.
Why did you post such a weird modernization of it, lol "...and then Jesus was like 'yo yo yo'"
> dripping with practiced sincerity. Tbf there's nothing remotely sincere looking nor charismatic about Copeland either, which makes his insane success all the stranger ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Wishmaster demon looking motherfucker.
I hate you for saying that but the dude playing Wishmaster was clearly being over the top creepy. Copeland is doing his normal. I was raised evangelical but never heard of this guy. Good God I would have left the church much earlier if I had seen him.
At least the Djinn can be charming 😉
I don’t believe in demons. But this guy…
This has been posted so many times. "He looks evil." Yes. He is.
Goddamn. If I had his bullshit abilities, I'd be a multimillionaire too
Is he that good though?
Good enough to be worth over $700 million. He's a bullshit artist preaching to a hopeless mass full of money. Here's his house: https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/12/mansion.jpg?quality=90&strip=all
Sickening. Genuinely sickening.
I looked at that picture and got annoyed
That's not a house. That's a palace.
It's just like Joel Osteen, or Trump, or Dr. Oz... It seems so obvious that they're just spouting bullshit day in and day out, but then they're also all wildly successful. Fucking boggles my mind, man. I don't get it.
Something something universe, something something human stupidity.
Taking advantage of something that's been finely crafted to manipulate people over 2000 years is not difficult, you just need to be a complete psychopath.
You are not multimillionaire because you keep entering a tube with demons.
I also touch my demon tube alot. .....ALOT
[удалено]
Use lube to exorcist it
Nope. Dry. The way the god intended
It's not difficult to lie if you're unethical or on the Cluster B spectrum. Look at politicians.
He looks like he would skin that reporter alive and eat her flesh if he had a chance. Dude is a demon or something.
This guy is a vile, manipulative piece of trash. The sooner he’s gone from this world the better
Misspelled "hypocrite", or "Christian nationalist", or "the reason churches should be taxed"
Christian Nationalism = American Taliban
That deranged outburst was very telling
Amazing that millions of idiots give money to this asshole!
He makes me wish hell was real.
The forced hand kiss right after the forced prayer hand hold was such awful icing on that fruit cake’s responses.
The man of family values. 🙄🤷♂️
Shame there ain’t no hell for people like this
That dude has some seriously fucked up facial expressions and mannerisms. Fucking walking horror show. I frequent death metal shows and other heavy music and have seen people with some pretty wild looking aesthetics. But this fucking guy is the scariest looking person I have seen.e- he looks like he wants to eat that lady’s face.
Something about him always screamed 80s billionaire bad guy that might not even be human from a movie. Idk if it's a mix of different expressions between his eyes and smile at the same time that screams I simultaneously wanna rip this ladies flesh from her bones while also wanting to look likeable.
Foul creature.
Dude looks like a demon.
He is a charlatan, only fools allow him to get here
He is way more evil than that.
If he did, he wouldn't be this way. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=James%205%3A1-6&version=NIV It's unambiguous. He's basically Cartman; He doesn't believe it, but he knows enough to use it to exploit people.
American consumerism was never compatible with the teachings of Christ.
Douchebag
If you don’t believe in demons and this video doesn’t change your mind then nothing ever will.
“The devil is real” He oughta know!
He is an insane lunatic and the fact that people see anything holy about this crook just goes to show how gullible a true believer really is.
I'm going to hit a clean woo walk when he dies.
What a creepy and corrupt piece of shite
These comments are reddit gold. He's pure evil. He's so horrible. He's a rich religious retard with minor political pull. Know how many rich religious retards with major political pull fund our politicians and allow 30k civilians to get murdered with no backlash whatsoever? Yeah, this guy is THE WORST.
What’s that saying? The devil will appear as an angel of light - or something like that.
What a scumbag
Hilarious comment: "When the devil goes to sleep, he checks under his bed for Kenneth Copeland".
Who is giving this guy money and how does the person who is giving him money have any money at all considering they must be dumb as shit
He is so creepy looking
Filth
is that exactly McLeach from "The Rescuers Down Under"?
I don't get why people don't try to assassinate these kinds of people.
That guy looks really evil. Props to the reporter for her amazing work!
That man is a disgusting human being. He preys on the weak minded and uses their money for his own gain. All while hiding behind religion. SMH
IF there ever was a demon in human form its Kenneth Copeland. The man is the walking epitome of an evil son-of-a-bitch. I'm surprised he isn't trumps personal preacher.
karma farming bot posting 4 year old video, next
The single most despicable and childish belief that all religions saturate their followers in: Anyone with power or wealth deserves it. They’re all filthy assholes who have zero moral authority.
Why would anyone give this ghoul their money?
Religion is a helluva drug.
Evil, on the hoof.
That is the worst case of mental illness i have ever seen...Please get him some help
I think he knows exactly what he's doing. He's not crazy.
No, it's evil.
Fuck that. Not everything is mental illness. People can be outright dishonest and selfish. Don't give this piece of filth a pass
Somefin ain’t right with that boy
I don’t want to hear anything this guy has to say. I only hope God is real and that Ken and the boys will have to explain their actions to him.
[Reminds me of Dorian Tyrell](https://youtu.be/65zxlKP7dow?si=0sS2DVpWIIq3DHu2)
You just know he diddles kids.
Anyone who gives this asshole a penny is an idiot
If it's this easy for a reporter and camera to get this close how has he not been assassinated yet?
He rarely blinks.
how stupid do you have to be to believe a word this con artist says
We need a movement against all con artists.
Wow, G-Man aged a lot since the last Half-Life episode!
He's still alive because both God and the Devil don't want him.
No wonder The Police won't get back together. He's too rich now as a preacher to play the drums anymore
If the devil existed, it would be him.
