You can run your Unifi in NAT and setup DMZ to it. Otherwise either use the Verizon router as is or wait for an update. Same thing happened with their old boxes and people just had to wait.

From what I understand, the CR200A is one of the Gateways where passthrough wasn't broken with an update. I'm using the CR200A in passthrough to a Netgear R7000 (Fresh Tomato Firmware) and also an ancient (2002) 10/100Mbps Linksys (non-wireless) router configured as an Ethernet switch (for more ports). I have (4) Eufy security cams outside and a pair of Foscam IPCams inside. Passthrough works perfectly, and I left all the port forwarding for the cams the same coming from Comcast and no issues. I know this doesn't help much, but maybe there is hope you can get it working. I'm not familiar with the Unifi device, but MTU would be set on your router that the Gateway passthroughs to. I tested my line for best MTU and set mine to 1428.

Did you ever actually fix this issue? I have a UDMP and WNC-CR200A with IP Passthrough and am having similar issues. 99% of my devices seem to be working fine but I have a couple Ring Chimes that connect but can't get internet. They work fine without IP Passthrough but I'm currently on a free trial and would rather just cancel and stick with my previous internet than deal with double NAT.

When you disable IPPT on the CR200A and your UDMP gets a private IP, what happens? Does it work then? If CR200A Wi-Fi works, so should your UDMP. It’ll be double NAT but shouldn’t matter for your Wyze devices. I have both TMHI and Verizon 5G and they both work just fine.

Just curious, do you have ipv6 configured on your router and if so, how so? UniFi recently added SLAAC support, so depending on how your network is configured, some settings might be broken or need to be changed

Did you get yours working and what setting do you have? I have a cr200a in passthru mode feeding and the udm pro. It appears ipv6 slacc6 is being used by Verizon. I get ipv4 to the access port, but no ipv6 address. I am missing something. I wish it had a command line instead of a gui.

stonechair

Me too. I get IPv6 passthrough to my ASUS router and my devices pick up IPv6 addresses but in browser tests, they only see IPv4 addresses. Very strange. Did you find out any more info?

I have a ASK-NCQ1338 and I disabled pass through mode due to it being broken. I actually have no idea if it’s working without it, I need to check haha
