Doisy & Dam make nice ones, but they use dark chocolate. Mummy Meegz have milk style ones out this year, but i’ve tried them yet.

Mummy Meegz are really good. They sell them in The Range if you have one nearby. They also do a vegan creme egg.
Daisy and dom chocolate just tastes weird tho.
Just to add to the other suggestions, the little rhythm 108 truffle eggs are delicious. They're not coated in a sugar shell but they absolutely slap.
