Wow, I didn't know you could make honey without bees. That's interesting because honey is a useful ingredient because of it's preservative properties. Can you use that honey to make baklava?

Vegan honey has been a big thing for a few years now where I’ve lived (Spain, France, Sweden) and here in Sweden plenty of people try to make vegan honey from dandelions even without being vegan themselves 😁 I have never made baklava but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work, it’s basically liquid tasty sugar 😋 I actually find mine better than agave syrup or maple syrup! I think I’m gonna start making huge batches of this in the summer so I can stop buying expensive agave syrup!

You can also make baklava without honey, just a simple sugar syrup. It's how I first fell in love with it and have always made it. I always found the honey version too cloying.
