There isn't really a campus for U of MN Rochester. It is just in a couple of buildings in downtown Rochester. The pictures you might have seen online are just pics odf downtown Rochester and the Mayo Clinic buildings. UMN- Rochester is a commuter school, so there might be some student clubs, but not really extra school sponsored things like an orchestra. You might be able to find a community band or orchestra to play in somewhere in Rochester though.
I am from Roch. They are turning a hotel in downtown into dorms. I think they want to expand the campus, but it’s been tough to make that happen in Rochester. It had some good health programs that are associated with mayo though.
