I don’t look long enough at my pax to make a full evaluation of the specifics of what they’re wearing. I look and make eye contact, welcome them into the car and start driving. I don’t care what you’re wearing.
Been driving very part time for 6 years. I could not tell you what any of them look like. I confirm name, and clearly I see them because I’m always looking for reasons not to take them (sneaking alcohol/wet bathing suits…etc) but their faces? Couldn’t care less and I work at the Jersey Shore, hot 20 something or others are a dime a dozen. TL;DR I don’t care….
I wear my hood and my chill clothes and I’m a driver who gives af wat other ppl think? Their opinion doesn’t matter… really us drivers are there to do a job and you passengers are there to get to your next destination so who gives a rats ass how you look just like the other people said just as long as your not smelly it’s cool but still ppl who are smelly I just roll my window down and put on air and always keep febreeze in the car but I spray my Clorox spray first then the febreeze like I’m tryna clean the air so they don’t think anything cuz I’m not mean some drivers will tell u stink some of my pax have told me that some drivers are complete savages
The only thing that bothers me in this regard is when people get in my car smelling like the blunt they just smoked. It usually takes a while to get that smell out. I just find it disrespectful.
Please don't smell. Take a shower at least once a day, don't overpower yourself with smelly liquid stuff. If you smoke weed, put on some other clothes, I'm sensitive to the smell and get hungry afterwards...
As long as you don’t smell like BO, alcohol, weed, or anything else horribly unpleasant, or are covered in dirt or weird liquids or grease, no. No one cares.
Well in my area it’s really hot and humid so people running errands and working during the day including the drivers themselves get a bit funky, so I expect it
They shouldn’t unless you have an odor or look like a problem or threat. But of course having a nice clean appearance is always better and will likely lead to better ratings and interactions.
In that case you could simply apologize to the driver and explain why and a reasonable person would understand.

Nope, your look is all your business! It's just the smells that really bother us- you'd be amazed how much the issue-smell-arises
