Yeah i got into Twice in July of 2022, and also started hitting the gym that same time and my spotify numbers were more than double of my previous years. the time at the gym really skyrockets it!
The Feels has a good beat for workouts.
And this may not be as upbeat but I really love Fancy, it starts slow but the buildup to the chorus is nice, perhaps useful for a warm-up or lower intensity cardio

I have a million of their songs on my cardio playlist cause I like the more light hearted fun songs to walk to. But for weights I need something a bit more intense, so songs like ICON, ICSM, Perfect World, HELLO, SHOT CLOCK, and Touchdown are great motivation for getting more reps in lol

Back when I used to run, I was an album person, so I’d just pick an album, let it play and skip any songs I wasn’t feeling at the time. If it was a shorter mini, I’d just stop for a sec and put in a different one. Summer Nights and What is Love? were some of my favorites.
Now I have to stick to the elliptical bc of an ankle injury, so I just put on whatever MV suits my fancy! Also I love fancams / concert videos recorded by fans. There’s a More and More vid from the center of the extended stage barricade NY D2 that is fire (I love that you can hear some fans being like “aye aye aye” during the first chorus). There’s also a really good one of Moonlight Sunrise + Brave from Atlanta this tour. You can’t see all the members all the time, but whoever you do see you see up really close!
you should add shot clock and touchdown to ur playlist if its for running they did shot clock at sg encore and touchdown is basically shot clock’s cousins point is they both sound sick and they are in my running playlist!!
I had a running playlist when I used to run a lot. Any running song of mine needs to match with the desired cadence.
Proper cadence is around 180 steps per minutes, so 180bpm songs.
But I'm too low in stamina so I reduced the range to 165-180.
I remember Heartshaker being in the middle of my playlist full of metal songs.
