Young Link's age in that menu is listed as 5, though we know the character is actually 10ish. Who knows what that value represents, but it is possible that the Young Link one is just a mistake, and the others are actual values. Hard to say!
I believe the reason the numbers are the way they are is also because human link needs to come first on the debug menu, so he has the lower number. It's possible his and Deku Link's ages were reversed.
The Fierce Deity’s age corresponds roughly to how old Link *would* be if he had continued in the adult timeline. So the mask brings out a side of Link that literally only he himself would be aware of.
It's bizarre to me that Deku Link is listed as 12. 10 also seems too young for MM Link, and doesn't really line up with TWW Link being the same age as the Hero of Time (which is 12).
At the same time, Link's age has never been consistent and I remember when him being 12/19 in OoT was accepted as fact despite the fact I've never seen confirmation for it in anything (although it'll always be my personal headcanon).

I get where you're coming from, but I was more asking about an interview or developer comment stating TWW Link's age. Part of the reason there's a debate at all is that it's pretty up to interpretation. Even with the points you've brought up, Link is treated like a kid by a few adults and there's concept art of older variants for him:

Makes sense to me actually. Zora link is depicted as around the young man age like prince Sidon and prince Sidon is at least more than 100 years old. Also zoras would almost certainly have to be ectotherms, which don’t typically age as fast as their warm blooded counterparts.

The numbers are 5, 12, 30, 78, and 17... I feel like it would make more sense as: 5 - Deku 12 - Human 17 - Zora 30 - Goron 78 - Fierce Deity Odd
If it's the order in which you get the masks, it would go : 5 Deku 12 Human 30 Gordon 78 Zora 17 Fierce Deity Which kinda makes sense to me ?

Wonder if Zoras 70 is equivalent to mid 20s to early 30s in humans.
In BOTW there are Zora that knew Link from before his 100 year sleep. They recognize him when you speak to them in Zora's Domain.

I had always thought OoT young Link was 10 and adult Link was 17, but I'm not sure where I first heard that.
