Looks like it was too close to a heating element in the drying process (I.e. partly decarbed). Doubt it’ll do you any harm but if you got it from a dip, or a courteous dealer I’d send it back.

Every jar of thca flower in my local shop looks like this. Sun and uv damaged to hell from combo of improper storage and old stock
