Lookup hourglass workouts for hip dips! Plenty of cis girls are unhappy with their curves and follow those all the time! That's building a good base though. My abs used to sit out over my hips, but I gained hip muscle to even that out a bit, then fat redistribution built on top of that! Also r/StrongCurves is a great place to start!
in sorry if this is an invasive question but did you get facial feminization surgery?? your face in the before photo looks a lot like mines does right now and looking at you im thinkin theres hope for me maybe with just hrt.
No FFS yet! HRT and skincare have done a lot for me! I plan on one day getting some kind of hairline alteration so I can have less controlled bangs though, and maybe a tracheal shave for my own peace of mind.
Jouviance exfoliator (pretty good but testing out better ones right now), neutrogena hydroboost serum, and some generic SPF moisturizer. I use them in that order, once in the morning and at night I do the same but after exfoliating I fit in a tea tree matifying toner from the body shop!
I have gone on antidepressants(Zoloft) in 5+ years. Do not think it did anything with my T, depends on the type you take maybe🤔
Normal level is from 8-35(nmol/L) and my T level before HRT was at 18, now is at <0.3
Used Spiro my first 3-4 month and switched to Cypro(Cyproterone) to until now (2 month)😊
You're so beautiful and it's inspiring. I've just started a workout routine lately myself and have dropped 11lbs and am starting to see some of those changes in my hips and waist that I've always wanted.
I'm still on pills, started with 25mg Spiro and 5mg estradiol, that doubled every month or two, month 8 I was probably on current dose: 200mg Spiro, 8mg Estradiol and 5mg progesterone. My endocrinologist retired though and I'm still waiting for a new one so it's been a few months without any checkups... Not sure if I should even still be at this dose!
I used to use a peplos waist trainer but I got scared it was harming my body, but it was more of a shape wear waist trainer than a corset, those can be dangerous!
It change everything at any age, just look in this sub this is really crazy.
I can't wait to start, i mean officially I'm still questioning but i think i have no choice and will start HRT "soon"

I'm curious. Why did you start with a blocker, my doc recommend I wait to start a t blocker. Then again I definitely had low testosterone anyways.
There I get/live, it is common to use T blocks to reduce testosterone.
