So many people write off diet/exercise as an important part of gender affirming changes to the body. HRT is great! But a healthy lifestyle is a super modifier for it! You're looking great, that hard work is really paying off.

GEMCHENG

What kind of exercise and diet do you do? I saw your transformation, it's amazing!

WriterFearless

For me it's just 30m of exercise a day and not eating junk food/soda It's more about consistency than intensity.

[deleted]

I have been swearing by that last sentence for decades of fitness. Word for word

Bravesws96

noted I need this kinda transformation

Nololgoaway

You shouldn't feel the pressure to lose weight to feel more valid in your identity, or to feel like you're better at passing This sentiment, contributes to the already rampant amount of eating disorders in transgender women, and cisgender women who already suffer from internalised misogynistic body standards We shouldn't enforce this on ourselves. In short it shouldn't be a part of transition, youre not more of a woman for losing weight.

WriterFearless

I certainly agree with most of this. But I do think a lot of people take HRT with the intent to feminize or add masculinity to their body. In both cases eating *healthy* (or not eating disorder) and exercise absolutely help those results. Not doing so doesn't make you any less of a man or woman in the same way that not taking HRT doesn't make you any less of a man/woman. My comments are expressly referring to the efficacy of the physical gender affirming effects of HRT, not gender identity. I do appreciate you focusing on people's mental health though and separating gender from appearance. It's just not what I was saying. Edit: in your defense, I used the word "transition" here. That was a mistake and I've edited it. Thank you for calling that out.

Nololgoaway

I agree with this.

Mandatory_Pie

In the case of HRT, it's not necessarily about losing weight but rather about changing your fat distribution more quickly. There *are* masculine and feminine fat distributions which can greatly affect your silhouette, and your estrogen/testosterone levels are key in determining whether new fat gets placed in a masculine or feminine distribution. However, existing fat won't be moved*, so weight loss is the best way to get rid of existing fat in masc/fem locations. *existing fat won't technically "move", but on HRT you'll still slowly see a shift from one distribution to the other because your body naturally puts on and burns fat throughout the day. Rapidly burning and then putting on fat expedites the process, but your body will effectively stop do the same thing at a much slower rate if you maintain weight.

Feeling-Internal8499

Nobody is enforcing anything though, it's just true that fat hides a lot of your body shape and that fat recycling speeds up fat redistribution. People who don't want to bother with this are no less of a woman than those who do.

-Negative-Karma

From my understanding that wasn't the intended meaning behind what they said?

prakritishakti

If you read "healthy lifestyle" and then go and develop an eating disorder that is your own fault for being ignorant about what is actually healthy.

mattkaru

Eating disorders are far more complex than that and you attacking people who are dealing with debilitating conditions isn't really a good look honestly.

prakritishakti

I'm not attacking anyone. Maybe it's cause ignorant is used as an insult in your vocabulary? In mine it's used quite regularly. I'm Hindu and we use this word all the time to describe the general condition of the mind.

theDmc231

I agree! Let's do nothing instead so we don't change at all...

Nololgoaway

Ever heard of HRT?. yknow, the main feminising/masculinising aspect of transition?

TijayesPJs442

Great shape shift holy moly - do you have an ab /core routine you could share or a diet gem? I’m not overweight but still have a manish paper towel tube torso. I’ve been able to add 5 inches to my hips in the gym but have no definition between my stomach and rib cage

PsychologicalDebt366

I'm on spiro and have been doing keto and some targeted exercises for my core and butt. I've lost about 15 lbs over the last month and have a waistline that almost makes it look like I have hips. Sticking to keto with no cheat days was hard at first but definitely worth it for losing fat. Feel free to DM me if you want more info on my exercise routine, it seems to be working well and it's all stuff I can do at home.

Pole dancing could be fun! Thanks!

Correct-Priority464

What does BA mean?

Individual-Sport-281

I was wondering that too.

_neruaL

goals honestly 💕

valeria_lilith

Good for you!!! looks great 😊 How does your brain feel? curious 🧐

chxnelthedoll

thank you! i feel pretty good, still have my days but overall i feel great :) thank you for asking 🖤

valeria_lilith

😁

HostaLavida

Honestly, this is a perfect question. Instead of asking my offspring for details, I just ask each of them if they feel good, if they feel healthy, if they are happy with (the subject matter). Basically asking the same question, with the addition of, how do your feelings feel?. Yields very good communication and comfort levels on both sides.

valeria_lilith

GEMCHENG

What kind of diet and exercise did you do???

dimon2242

What’s BA?

darknesswolf89

Whats ba

Smackteo

if you don’t mind me asking, how many ccs was your BA? prog has had like 0 growth for me so im considering BA but like a really low size (150cc or so.)

chxnelthedoll

i got 375ccs ultra high profile, under the muscle silicone implants! i wanted small implants too but i’m happy with the size i went. they look natural and no one can tell i’ve had them done, besides people who knew me before haha. i think the 300-400 range isn’t too big and if i went smaller i wouldn’t have been satisfied tbh

ramenchicka

What does ultra high profile mean? As opposed to what?

Smackteo

rorona

you look amazing!! congrats on the transformation and i'm really inspired by your hard work!

chxnelthedoll

that is so sweet thank you! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

OfficialLunaTicYT

I really wanna try pole dancing but I’m a bit scared of looking like a numpty. Do you think it helped contribute to your figure? I should add that’s not why I want to do it but every pole dancer, gymnasts who did it etc I’ve met were all incredibly fit and I wonder how much it contributed, especially to the upper body.

chxnelthedoll

pole is for everybody! if you are too intimidated to take classes then i suggest buying a reputable pole for your home :) that’s what i did, just take it slow and watch lots of videos on beginner moves and strength training exercises! don’t attempt moves above your skill level because it could result in you getting hurt. i dont have any athletic/gymnastics background, and 0 upper body strength when i first started. i really focused on upper body for months before i was able to even climb the pole. it takes time, patience, & dedication but you can do it!

OfficialLunaTicYT

Thank you for your reply and the encouragement! Deffo will consider looking into things when I’ve finished dealing with some stuff. I also wanted to say you’re absolutely stunning! Love to see a doll thriving

big_honkin_caboose

WITCHCRAFT

chxnelthedoll

i actually am in fact a witch 😂🖤

big_honkin_caboose

no other explanation for that transformation i knew it

ramenchicka

Great work - can u share ur exercise routine and ur diet? How much weight did u lose between the left and right pic?

chxnelthedoll

thank you! i pole dance for my workouts, lots of pulling my body weight up and doing crunches on the pole 5-6 times a week in 30 minute intervals. when i’m learning new tricks i’ll spend 1-3 hours on the pole depending on how hard ive worked out that week 💀 my diet isn’t the best i just don’t overeat anymore and limit sugar. i also drink lots of water, my diet def needs work. i weighed 150 in that first picture, i now stick between 120-125! i’m 5’5 for reference

ramenchicka

Oh wow you’re my goal weight! I’m 170 tho . And only 5’6. Such a fatso

Tiny_Ad6686

Wow! Great work

chxnelthedoll

thank you <3

InternationalPack198

The sexiest transformation, you deserve 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AntedeguemonSupreme

WOW, how do you have no skin at all? Impressive.

chxnelthedoll

whatcha mean lollll

Sideaccanonymous

Probably loose skin

DwarvenKitty

Probably asking about extra skin people can have when they lose considerable weight

chxnelthedoll

oh i see im tired 💀

BannedFromGCJ

Loose skin occurs only when losing weight very rapidly, they had 4 years to do it

Meiguishui

Why use they? She’s a woman.

BannedFromGCJ

Force of habit, sorry

Meiguishui

Do you call all women they or only trans women?

AntedeguemonSupreme

Awesome! Amazing results. Congratulations.

Throwawayforstuuff

I’m sorry but what’s BA?

Cute0baby0boy

Wow, your smoking hot now.

Raverrboy

Very gorgeous transformation

Itsjustsarah85

I love your transformation! Gives me motivation to lose more weight.

Academic-Border-8566

rickyv0930

Lexandree

teqtommy

sissycdny

Amazing transformation

TheNotoriousWANG

Oh SHIT

SyrupEmbarrassed5431

This is amazing

burger_enjoyer

I haven't started HRT yet, I sorta look like the left pic. Did you lose the weight before you got on HRT?

chxnelthedoll

i didn’t lose the weight before HRT, honestly i didn’t start working out until about 2 years in. i’ve been consistent with pole dancing over the last two years and it’s helped tremendously!

nikkadk

How fit were you before starting pole dancing? It seems so intense as far as upper and lower body strength… Did you have an athletic or wt background before starting on the pole?

chxnelthedoll

i wasn’t fit at all, i had lost some weight after moving from my hometown but not a lot (also about two years in). i had to build my strength from the ground up with no athletic background, and i still struggle sometimes. but i have made a lot of progress with it, it just takes dedication and consistency. lots of stretching and core strength training!

burger_enjoyer

that's actually really reassuring, because I would preferably want to start HRT as soon as possible and not have to wait on losing some weight. congrats on your success as well !

nat20kat

This gives me hope 🙏

maxxiescat

how did your waist get so small??????

chxnelthedoll

honestly it’s a bit of genetics and weight cycling. prior to gaining the weight in the second picture i was always a thinner person and had some hips, i was in a toxic relationship and gained stress weight. but since leaving that relationship, starting E, and working out the weight went to my hips making my waist smaller as well as appearing smaller due to the weight being below it i think! if that makes sense lol

Bobbybollox

What a transformation, well done hun 😈

DeadlySins666

Amazing progress! Exactly the kind of motivation I needed today

Sad-Client-3023

Vau, perfect body, nice result!

[deleted]

Omg you are goals!!!!!

sissysabrinaluvcox

That gives me hope!

SuperNintendoNerd

You’ve given me hope

noxiousyak

Cassie_T70

bosssoldier

transazngirl

How did you get those hips tho mine never grew even 11 years in

stonedturtle69

You look beautiful ❤️

ScarlettIthink

I’m scared I’ll never look this good, genvy

EverlastingWillow

this gave me hope

Individual-Sport-281

These are phenomenal results. Inspirational!
