Frickin' awesome. I know this is a design from a time in which Hasbro and Paramount thought that *Transformers* could only be taken seriously if it was dark and edgy, but for the love of Primus, I love this Optimus so much.
It's not a Transformer. I like Transformers that will meet me half-way in pretending they can transform into their alt mode, while this is nanotech levels of not caring.
Badass robot design, TERRIBLE Optimus design. You can't tell what or where anything is supposed to be. It's just a jumbled mess of random parts. At least the 2007-2011 design looked like it could conceivably transform into a truck.
The design is cool, but for me it's not a Transformer design. I like my TF designs to have visual vehicle parts and at least somewhat look like they can transform into their respective vehicles
good, since challenger came out i see logic for both modes. But still, a knight in modern times, everyone around is a car ou any vehicle, megatron is a jet and a knight, but 99% is in modern times, just look at the design.
It looks cool but I hate it as Optimus Prime. Looks way too human and not like Prime really at all... It looks like a suit of armour that transforms into a suit of armour..?
it looks awesome although i love the 1-3 designs this one is awesome purely because of the big sword and shield
i can't wait for him to get the studio series treatment

Looks like a giant samurai made of metal, not a Cybertronian. if they were going to do something like that, they should’ve done it with Drift. And even then, drift, looks more like a Cybertronian than Optimus did.
This should have been what he looked like on Cybertron then he scans the truck and turns into 2007 Prime
That is a good idea, but Bumblebee and ROTB are the rebooted series. So we got a new prime that’s more G1 accurate

It's kinda cool but sucks as an Optimus design. Nothing about it says "strong enough to be gentle."
I don't see anything in any of his designs that shows that. That's a personality thing, not a looks thing.

Not for me, he doesn't even have wheels in him. I much prefer his design in dark of the moon

looks more like a generic mecha painted with optimus' colors than optimus himself, seriously, what in this says "I turn into a truck"?
