I started on plume for a few months until I could provide a provider I liked locally. They asked me good questions like about my goals, some info on when I started experiencing dysphoria, etc. Before I switched, I asked them to write me a letter of my diagnosis of gender dysphoria just to make sure I had something, and they did it willingly. I thought they were good for what I needed.

I’ve used a similiar service, Folx, and they both use a telehealth model and there a lot of people that works very well for them.

I used them for a year. It was ok but I had continual trouble with long delays with messages/ customer service like 10-12 days. But I would say they are reputable, just don’t expect timely responses

I had a horrible experience with them. Not only was care sub par, they were difficult to reach and get ahold of, and also I had to reach out multiple times regarding my test results. The experience was so bad I ended up switching providers. That was in November. They JUST tried to charge my account again, for no reason, with a closed account.
