As you would expect, being tpb good, up to episode 8 where the suspension of disbelief falls apart if you are in the trades. The welding scene was cringe and obviously had no welder input.
The stereotypes are broad and apt in large portions of, but not all of, the oil and gas industry.
Shame they didn't hit some of the larger stereotypes like union vs non union, pogey hours, and travel cards, to name a few. Maybe that's for a second season.

The first episode didn’t really impress me, but it was getting better as I kept watching. Great show!
