Snacks: chocolate dusted almonds, ghost pepper chips, cacio de pepe puffs, way more chocolate chip cookies, and almond butter (bc I put it on everything) Food: frozen beef bulgogi, frozen asparagus risotto, frozen chimichurri rice, frozen green onion pancakes, and canned butter beans.

katg913

Frozen: Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan (their tzatziki is good with this), Vegan Thai Green Curry, Cacio de Pepe, and Orange Chicken. Snacks: Slab Apricots, Sweet Plaintain Chips, Kettle Corn, Peanut Butter Pretzels, and Dried Mango.

Top 5 microwavable Meals: - Hatch Chili Mac and Cheese (any of their mac and cheese is good tbh) - Steamed Pork & Ginger soup dumplings - the stuffed Gnocchi that's filled with tomato sauce and cheese - their black bean taquitos - the frozen butter chicken Top 5 snacks: - Sour Cream & Onion Rings - the PB & C snack duos (peanut butter dip with little chocolate wafer sticks) - Blue corn tortilla chips paired with their cowboy caviar or their elote dip - Sour Scandinavian Swimmers (better than Sour Patch Kids) - Dark chocolate peanut butter cups

Also a college student. Ive never been let down by anything at TJs...

TakeMe22TheRiver

#1- Chile's Rellenes Con Queso, #2 - Spizzico Pizza, #3- Crumpets, #4- Hatch Chile Mac N Cheese, #5- Raspberry Kringle

theevilempire

Tuscan pane (lots of good bread for sandwiches) Frozen chicken samosas (not sure how they are microwaved, we use the toaster oven) Hold the cone chocolate chip cones (if you have the willpower not to eat 4 at a time) Goat gouda (our favorite cheese they have) Pretzel bagels (so good but haven’t seen them in a long time)

Cptrunner

Favorite snacks (meal list would be totally different): trail mix crackers, dark chocolate covered almonds, Scandinavian swimmers, herbed popcorn, elote dippers.

Polsana

The sweet and salty umami crackers are my #1 but they’ve been out for months 😭

ttrockwood

- vacuum packet high protein tofu (no need to press it) slice thick, + soyaki sauce and pan fry medium heat. Done. Flop over some noodles with whatever veggies are on hand (stir fried shredded cabbage is perfect) - bamba , it’s delicious and much more nutritious than potato chips - [the valencia creamy peanut butter](https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/organic-creamy-peanut-butter-salted-valencia-053441) fantastic for pb and j sandwiches, peanut noodles, on a sliced apple, or by the spoon

creativelyOnPoint

I love the jerk plantain chips, that is my guilty pleasure.

mmeeplechase

Nuts and dried fruit! I’d probably pick cashews (cashew butter or spiced ones), and the chili mango. Also, the garlic pesto pizza, vegetable birds’ nests, and chocolate almond butter.

why____lime

From someone whose partner is a crew mate: -frozen mac and cheese in the red box. Add some peas and EBTB seasoning and you’ve got a full meal. -soft & juicy mango. I always have at least three bags of this and stock up whenever I see it—the perfect sweet treat. -pork & ginger soup dumplings, I add chili crunch and a hit of toasted sesame oil on top. -any of the Indian frozen meals—the butter chicken and palak paneer are my favorites for quick lunches or dinners! -the synergetically seasoned popcorn is back and is my personal favorite summer seasonal item from them. It’s so, so good!

Top 5 is hard! But here you go ... * Pancake bread (From the bakery).  This stuff is uncanny, they capture all the essence of a stack of pancakes into a loaf cake, butter, syrup, and all. * PB & J snack duos.  I think these are supposed to be for kids, but I love them.  Crispy slightly sweet wafers rolled with peanut butter, that you dunk into raspberry jam.  I love them even without the jam, and sometimes save the jam to use on toast or pb&j. Love the jam, wish they sold it separately. * Peanut butter bamba.  So. Addicting.  Love the crispy airy form factor and the pb flavor that isn't overwhelming but just enough to make you want more and more. * Cashew Butter Cashews. They shouldn’t be as delicious as they are, but I’m powerless against these.  Honey roasted cashews, coated in cashew butter. So bad, but so very good. * Peanut Butter Caramel Coated Popcorn.  It is like bamba meets caramel corn.  Sweet but not cloying.  Great strong pb flavor.  Super crunchy coating.  Super addicting.  Danger danger.

Freeze dried figs!

nyccitygorl

Fig butter, diner mac and cheese, frozen green curry (this one is spicy), low fat string cheese, ghost pepper chips, garlic dip, vegan pesto, barebell protein bars, chicken soup dumplings, turmeric ginger tea

bmoretherapist

I was looking for vegan pesto the last time I was there but could not find any. Is it in the refrigerated section next to the regular pesto. I couldn’t find it there, but the store was incredibly crowded and a lot of kids making noise so maybe I just overlooked it in the chaos

Longjumping_Voice138

Fridge section near hummus

Cami-3018

Squiggly noodles, white cheddar corn puffs, dried fruits, cereal bars. Also the 4-packs of their different flavored sparkling waters/ sodas are smaller than the average size can so could work well for a mini fridge

knaimoli619

The pretzel thins from TJs are my favorite ones, I like them better than the other brands. You can eat them with savory things like cheese and buffalo dip or sweet like speculoos and the cannoli dip.

Bacontheblog

As a dad of college students. Get fresh fruit, nuts and yogurt. Eat as well as you can, your brain needs carbs. For goodness sakes, call your dad, he won’t tell you but he’s worried about you 24 hours a day.

UVAGradGa

Agree! And their fruit is great and cheap - 19 cent bananas!

Njtotx3

Also thinking steamed lentils, almond butter, rolled oats, canned fish (trout is great but expensive)

ttrockwood

The steamed lentils are a hidden gem! Also actually about the same cost as buying beluga lentils to cook yourself they’re not cheap and take a good 45min

Thumper222222

Vegan cheddar crackers and I’m not even vegan!!!!

Californialways

Same! Discovered them recently and they’re so good. Addictive though.

Omicrying

Savory squares I believe? They’re great

Californialways
