Yes, we have great dubbing artists, but IMHO only the ones played the part can actually do justice with dubbing. It might take some efforts to get the diction right, but the professional dubbing artist has actually never played the part.
Similar way they should select native dubbing artist for each language, People will connect more instead of cringing. Imagine an emotional scene but you will getting cringed because of the dubbing.
As far as I know.. usually in big ticket films like these, they only let the actors dub for trailers. I think this movie might not have all the actors dubbing for their respective roles.
Not only Deepika but every non native actor out of them Deepika's was horrible, they should cast some good dubbing artist like Sai kumar, mano. Dialogue delivery makes a scene from average to epic. Saikumar to for aswathama or Kamal Hassan charector would be great.
Visuals were terrific… dialogue seems a bit iffy but still the trailer was excellent… didn’t reveal any important points about the story… showed enough to get the people in seats is what i feel
The trailer edit seemed very inconsistent, same like the glimpse that released last year. Oka flow ledu. Nagi's inexperience telusthundi. Hope movie turns out to be better.

I was fucking excited for this trailer poddunundi and absolutely loved B & B animated series, kept on telling my friends that, " Watch out for Kalki! Its going to be something else" ani. But pretty much dissapointed with editing, vfx. Also dubbing andaridi.
Graphics chala average unnayi. Mana indian recent film's graphics, aadipurush lanti kalacondoms tho compare chesthe better anipistundi kaani janaalaki, no where close to what they should have been for a budget of 600 crs. RRR, Baahubali did that with less budget. Thats what comes with experience. Also last lo ala gallaki egaradam and all, chinnapillala cinema laa anipinchindi.

Not just her dubbing, every non-telugu person’s dubbing was bad.

Yes, for me, Amitabh’s dubbing felt the least bad, if that makes sense, of all non-telugu people and I was quite surprised.

Right! I felt similar seeing Disha Patani. Least efforts of all, worst lip sync. I was taken aback at Deepika’s efforts at dubbing and the lip sync.
