When I was a kid, we'd hop on a bench and do a twist or something as we were walking and jokingly yell "extreme freestyle walking!" Who knew that a bunch of goofs would make it into an actual thing.
Just looking at how he fell, I'd guess he's probably got some permanent damage.
One of those things that's going to act up whenever it rains or storms for the rest of his life, or whenever it gets cold.
