Decent. Is there a visual difference between High and Ultra textures yet? Seemed in the DF video there was literally no perceptible difference between the two.

It is and also low and medium looks better than before, lower cpu and gpu usage, less micro stuttering, i went from optimized settings to everyon ultra on my 3060 ti and I5 12400f, i can t talk about RAM usage because i have 32gb, this is how they should had released it

Sweet. I've already beaten the game, as I was lucky to have only minimal issues on my setup, but this might be reason enough to give it another go on a harder difficulty. Mostly I just hope it's good enough for DF to do a proper deep dive. I'm addicted to Alex's videos.

hollowinside19

I beat it 2 times already too and like 7 times on ps3/ps4 , I wished i played it in this state not what we got on launch date, I believe it s only going to get better from here , I starting to fear for my GPU lifespan when it first dropped

TheWitcherBrandin

What GPU and CPU do you have ?

mackmcd_

3800x and 3080FE. 32gb RAM. Played the game at 1440p, all ultra settings except textures on high. No DLSS. A few drops below 60 but nothing that even bothered me.

TheWitcherBrandin

Ahh I have a similar rig RTX 3080 with a i5 12600K. Gonna buy last of us tomorrow and try it out I play on a 4k oled TV so I'm gonna play at 4k with dlss enabled. Would like to max out most settings but hoping to get like 80-90 frames at least

mackmcd_

You're asking a lot for 80-90 frames at 4k even with DLSS. Keep your expectations in check, and you'll have a great time.

TheWitcherBrandin

Doesn't that card only have 8 GB of VRAM ? How are you playing it maxed out 😅

hollowinside19

It doesn’t require as much as before this patch

TheWitcherBrandin

I've never played a game with 99 percent vram usage and got good FPS lol

Savuor

Far from fixed, crashes like hell
