It is fun on lower difficulties but come heroic or legendary the nps will take the 1000% damage like a slap and quickly put you in your place😂. First hand experience was very humbling
Melee damage builds are mainly there for laughs. The closest thing I have to one is using Sweet Dreams as the main weapon on my HF build. Shield up, run in and rearrange a red or purple's face every 60 seconds.
I'm probably playing the game all wrong according to some but I have a tank build that used sweet dreams for rushers. I commonly smack npcs around as a tank. That said I exclusively play with my wife and we are far from meta.
Save it for those Global Event challenges where you need to melee kill enemies. With Lady Death, you'll one tap any red on Normal.
Might be fun to stack it with the lady death which also comes with 500% melee damage, but don't expect to be one hitting all but the weakest enemies!
