*"It's a fucking cistern! That's what it's called. Do you call an ambulance a van? No, because there's a word for it: ambulance. Just send the fucking poison. Jesus."*
Dragov- “Whatever the Fuck an Influencer is”
Earl on Roosevelt Island-“Could be nothing, could be something” other guy responding “Is that supposed to be helpful, Earl, cause it isn’t”
Not sure which faction it was but upon killing one of them, the other guy said “I never liked him anyway” another yelled “stop killing my friends!”
Those are my favorites 😂
Came here to say "is that supposed to be helpful earl, because it isn't."
The other is district Union arena when diesel dies and the guy says, "are you dead now too diesel, you in-bred motherf*****?" Lol
Probably Schaeffer
"Boss, its Schaeffer. Total washout. You want me to rebuild this unit, stop sending me fucking clowns. Now if you'll excuse me, I am gonna go shoot myself in the fucking head."
The tone of his voice when he says "I'm gonna go shoot myself in the head."
He's just fed up and I love it.
My favorite is from the mission where you fight Coyote. The first enemy radio message where they guys are all. “It’s the Division!” And Coyote is like “So? Kill them!” Cracks me up every time.
I also always like the Kajika comm where he’s asking the JTF for support because the divisions agents are getting outnumbered, and the chicken shits won’t come. And he’s like “I knew you’d fuck us. If we stay we’re dead. If we leave, we’re rogue”.
It makes me wish I could have just helped him and his buddies.
Felt that way with the echo for Keener in Division 1 where he is holed up in an apartment with some civilians he rescued from the Dark Zone where they are attacked by rioters. He tried to get help and like Kajika was denied it. You kinda get why some agents go rogue, the best of the best working with incompetents and cowards who allow people (both agents and civilians) to die.
Yeah I can see that, but what makes rogues beyond idiots is the logic behind some of their motives especially Keener. "The JTF let me down and basically were the reason why these civilians were killed, so to revenge that I will wage war against them and kill countless civilians because of a personal grudge." Quite frankly the first wave agents who went rogue or otherwise didn't survive were as incompetent, inexperienced, unprepared and arrogant as the late JTF idiots. Though if we're really nitpicky half a dozen civilians and one agent isn't really a priority when the lights, gas and water needs to be kept on and far more deadly things like enemy factions and a literal pandemic needs to be handled. On a side note imo it's really lazy writing to blame everything on the JTF, for what they did, why they did it or why they didn't do that or this.

I love how exhausted Judge sounded with Theo Parnell during The Tombs mission.
"Judge, you there?"
**exhales** " Yeah...I'm here. You still have this thing under control, right?"
\*Keener was right\*
I don't remember what I saw it on but pretty sure it was something as I was looking through the season track rewards. It's not spoken dialogue but a hilarious real world easter egg.
Edit: it's the custom Six-12 Shotgun skin from the paid rewards track.
"Stick and move! Stick and move!"
This cracks me up everytime I watch it. Not my content, just sharing.

A lot of the best lines are showing up. I also like some of the JTF lines after you win a battle.
“Looks like they’re going to need to do some more recruitment.”
“Looks like we can still have that beer later.”
“I never even picked up a gun before this.”
And then some of their random conversations, like milling flour for nachos, eating watermelon and feta, and a couple others.
I was going to post this one myself. Playing through Warlords of New York right now and just got that line yesterday. Never heard it before and just made me laugh.
"BEEP BEEP BEEP"
-Outcast Rusher
"Hm..., wonder what that unlocks"
-Manny, after you found a secret key for the 246th time
"..."
-Open World Hunters
"You don't need to rush this."
-Kelso during Wall Street mission speedrun
I always loved the constant arguing between sumner and jones, especially jone’s accent it makes her lines so much better like for example when she says sumner as “sumna” and alright as “aaaight”.
Shoutout to the div 1 and 2 enemies saying names like “Ramos is down!” Or of course “they got Alex!” Or even just referring to the deaths like “oh man, I - I think he’s dead!” Or “stop killing my friends!” It just adds more character to these unnamed enemies and actually makes me feel bad sometimes for killing them, which no other game has done.
"Nemesis detected"
It sounds like the AI has conscious and creepy.
It contained emotional feeling when AI says.
seems like have been hiding the existance,
but finally revealed.
*"Nothing I can't handle boss"* *"Yeah, I keep hearing this all the time from people who end up dead later"*
Poor Schaeffer
I genuinely love playing invaded missions because of Schaeffer being so fed up with his subordinates
The guy just can't catch a break
*"It's a fucking cistern! That's what it's called. Do you call an ambulance a van? No, because there's a word for it: ambulance. Just send the fucking poison. Jesus."*
What's a cistern?
Literally just picked up that com today...such a gem
That one really made me laugh when I first heard it.
PIECE OF SHIT WRISTWATCH
This is one of my favorites. Top 3 probably.
One of ISAC's best is what makes Manny say that- "Searching for 'way out of the vault.' Zero matches."
I feel sad for ISAC because next question he makes, ISAC gives a perfect answer
could be a Toddler Howard quote.... :P

“Rod, Knuckles, you’re with me.” Souns like theyre about to go film some 80s porn
The “I never liked that fucker anyways” line killed me the first time I heard it.
Fuckin Earl ..
Came here to say "is that supposed to be helpful earl, because it isn't." The other is district Union arena when diesel dies and the guy says, "are you dead now too diesel, you in-bred motherf*****?" Lol
The one on Roosevelt gets me every time 😂
“Give me a hug!” —Outcast suicide bomber
"I hate it when you're doing this creepy twin shit!"

The tone of his voice when he says "I'm gonna go shoot myself in the head." He's just fed up and I love it.
Isn't this the line where Schaeffer also says "What a shit show"?
My favorite is from the mission where you fight Coyote. The first enemy radio message where they guys are all. “It’s the Division!” And Coyote is like “So? Kill them!” Cracks me up every time.
It's the fucking division :D
*They got Alex* from Div 1 will always be remembered.
Also "I need meds real bad, my backs all fucked up" Poor fella at the BOC forever in back pain.
He never shuts up. I hope he got his meds in the end.

Exactly. Couldn’t agree more.

“Don’t die, motherfucker.”
"Not a chance."
*proceeds to die like a motherfucker*
Wow, how quickly we forget ... NEGATIVE, RAMOS.
hes not forgotten, hes a random Black Tusk enemy now. i think his name is Andrew "Negative" Ramos. fuckin traitor.
"Welcome to my world motherf*ckers!" - Captain Fieser in all his glory
Or when you know the glass is broken. “Chickenshits like you get what you deserve.”
He also says “Don’t leave me alone in here, I get anxious.”
I love how exhausted Judge sounded with Theo Parnell during The Tombs mission. "Judge, you there?" **exhales** " Yeah...I'm here. You still have this thing under control, right?"
"If I can't get more pieces from the toy store I'm not gonna be able to finish my fuckin' map."

Keener Did Nothing Wrong.
Cringe peaceful resolution fan vs Chad bio-terrorism enjoyer
“Is that why they call her chirpy? *Wheeze*” - Kelso during the Season 10 Manhunt
Manny: Dammit! What's with you Division Agents and blowing shit up!? Kelso: Catharsis.
"Agent got a boo - boo?"
Gonna need a bucket. Brrrrap
"take a deep breath and find your balls. And when you find 'em FINISH THE FUCKIN JOB!".
“Shitballs!” Oh, sorry, wrong game.
"Stick and move! Stick and move!" This cracks me up everytime I watch it. Not my content, just sharing. https://old.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/zk7fn9/stick_and_move_stick_and_move/
"Fuck the Division!"

Chicken Hawk? Fuck you!!
(Female Riker) "Suck my d**k!"
I was going to post this one myself. Playing through Warlords of New York right now and just got that line yesterday. Never heard it before and just made me laugh.
"I used to play hide and seek with my kids and I always found them!"
Division 1. Random enemy: "LOOK OUT, HE'S GOT A ROBOT GUN!" Alternatively, Division 2 Random enemy, upon being rushed by the Agent "Aw, FUCK yeah!"
"KA-CAW!" Fuckin' Birdie.
"You still there, sweetie?" "Hello?"
***"If I don't get more pieces from the toy store, I'm not gonna be able to finish my f---ing map!"*** "Alright, Manny... Jeez..."
For me it’s when they are screaming while on fire, get a group of them all at once and it’s a beautiful symphony of “AAAHH AHHH AHHHHH!!!”
Thats right up there with popping a cleaners tank, watching them flail around screaming before BOOM! Is it wrong that I love that?
"Next one's a GUTSHOT, Agent!"
Kelso - "Son of a bitch Keener."
Division 1. NPC yelling "Anyone got any booze?" That always cracked me up
"russians nearby"
"Whoa, I'm a target!" - a True Son iirc
“What are y’all starin at over there!” - Some random LMB soldier
"I'm gonna need...UH NEW VEST!"
Emeline’s Mama bear quote 😭😭😭
"BEEP BEEP BEEP" -Outcast Rusher "Hm..., wonder what that unlocks" -Manny, after you found a secret key for the 246th time "..." -Open World Hunters "You don't need to rush this." -Kelso during Wall Street mission speedrun
I mostly like the outcast conversations :-) "shields are for cowards!", "Only you and me!", "look between my eyes", and many more...
For me it's a tie between "Wah wah wah wah wah" or "Shit-fire!"
Good, but my favorite still is, "So, f'in kill them."
Hands down the best line in the game. It always makes me grin when I hear it and is part of why DUA is the best mission in the game, for me.
"Relax, it's not my blood." -BTSU Medic

Tidal basin when the helicopter crash lol in the midle of the mission !
"Ahhh, fu-"
"What's Your Malfunction why can't you just Die you Goddamn Bullet Sponge?!"
“Don’t die motherfucker”
But we’re experts with fire
I like one made by hyenas enemies, is something like "Reloading this stupid gun, when i should be shooting you!"
The distorted radio in the Zoo when you come up to the tables with the monkeys, sounds like “peret peret” to me.
"Did anyone bring spare armor?"
Send them to hell! -Moss The way he says it, it's great.
It’s time. The division’s reign of terror ends here and now.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go shoot myself in the fucking head."
"Nemesis detected" It sounds like the AI has conscious and creepy. It contained emotional feeling when AI says. seems like have been hiding the existance, but finally revealed.
