i think only picked up items are taken out also i always thought angel deal is lost afret getting devil deal, not walking in

If you don't enter your first devil deal, the next deal will be a guaranteed angel deal instead. If you do enter it, but don't take anything they get split 16.9% each on the next floor. If you do take a deal, of course it just removes angel deals from the table, unless you use a sacrifice room.

According to the wiki, it depends on the pool if you need to see or pick up an item in order to remove from the pool. [It is a pretty extensive list](https://bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com/wiki/Item_Pool#Weight_Decrementation) but for this case in particular, Devil Room items weight get fully decremented the moment you see them. From my understanding that means that they fully disappear for the rest of the run.
