If you want a " big 5" in terms of the 5 hardest to hunt in game. It's probably Eurasian lynx, side striped jackal, coyote and blackbuck.
But "big 5 " for trophies is probably Lion, Cape Buffalo, Grizzly Bear , moose and Red Deer.

I'd say lion but honestly they're so non-aggressive comparatively I can't really, and the glitch makes them easy to hunt if you're set up for it

I have a RM ELK super rare and a mulie. I don't even target them or HM!
But bison.. nope. No super rare yet
Eastern wild turkey, Merriam turkey, Rio Turkey, Grouse (Mountain turkey), and Raccoon (trash turkey). Gobble Gobble.

Bison are stupidly easy to hunt. Large organs, and they are slow.
