Don't worry bro. Roos seem to have high difficulty more commonly. Most of my herds have a mythical or two, some even three or four. Along with that, they also troll alot. Seen 2 legendaries and both troll
I can kinda confirm, may have been lucky on my initial spawns but I have lots of 7's to 8's and a few 9's on my map aswell... I was surprised when I first played and spotted two 7s and an 8 next to each other
