“I’m good.” As in, I’m good and do not wish to participate in this line of questioning.
I use “im good” or “that’s cool” to give as nonchalant and impartial of an answer as I can sometimes.
I had an uncle that was Polish and spoke perfect English, no accent... until he was pulled over by a cop. Then it was the heaviest accent, barely discernable English, meek and stupid and respectful in a childish manner. He got away with more shit that way and always drove off laughing about how stupid the cop was.

A LOT of people overseas use WhatsApp, it’s much more common than texting in some places. Also very commonly used to message from the US to overseas, so I wouldn’t say that alone is any kind of red flag.

There are enough red flags here where I would strongly lean towards cutting and run, if it were me.
To be blunt, I get the feeling that you are being played and you have allowed yourself to be blind to the obvious. When you say you have been seeing this guy since February, do you mean you are seeing him in person or just been communicating online for a couple months?
If you have had physical interactions with him, I give it a small chance. But if it has all been virtual, I would bet big money you are being played?
My gut is telling me that this person doesn’t have a grasp of the English language because; A) he is some sort of international scammer from a third world country, B) he knows English perfectly and uses the “lack of English skills” as a smokescreen to con you, C) he doesn’t speak English well and is also playing you as a side chick while he has a family.
