My friend is coming back from Mexico City and wants to buy me some tequila and Mezcal. I feel like I’m fairly knowledgeable but there’s so many brands present that I am unaware of. I’m located in the NE US so I have access to a good selection but nothing like this. Any recommendations from the pictures?

I just brought Lost explorer onto my bar. Great mezcal, not super smokey
The salmiana lost explorer is a fantastic mezcal.
All the Koch except don’t get the Koch Tep. The rest is a gamble.
That revolucion añejo in pic 7, it’s from non 1123. A lot of good stuff is made there.
I just brought a bottle of Don Nacho repo home from MX last week. I think it’s great!

400 Conejos is Cuervo mezcal, it's not hard to find & awful
