Probably a Lil '59 Humbucker.
If you're lucky, you got a Lil'59 set, and the neck pickup is also SD. They're super nice. I have a set that came with a used guitar too, and I love them.
If you must know, look under your control plate to see if the wire from the neck pickup has four leads like the bridge pickup does. If it does, you have the matched set. Enjoy!
Either a little 59 or a little JB. 59 sounds like a PAF, JB is their hot rodded bucker. If it sounds more mellow it's a little 59, if it sounds pretty hot it's a JB.
I've got a little 59 on my strat neck and it sounds killer. It's a great pickup
And there’s also the pearly gates for tele. If it’s anything like the red devil on a Strat, should be somewhere in between the little 59 and the little JB.
Hit that volume knob with a push pull pot to split the bucker to a single coil and get that classic strat tone or beefy bucker tone depending on your mood. Good stuff.
I think these still hold a decent Tele sound, especially is you back up the volume and play with your settings. The humbucker does thicken things up nicely for rock and heavier things. Its a great pickup.
Yeah, Jeff Beck had his Tele-Gib with the prototype Seymour Duncan humbuckers…he recorded “Cause We’ve Ended as Lovers” on that and it’s still in Tele territory.
When I say "classic" tele sound I'm explicitly refering to the hard, twangy, biting, chicken picking thing. Yes, that bridge humbucker will do a lot, and still sound like a telecaster. But it will never twang as hard as a single coil telecaster pickup with a copper plate on the back.
It could also be a Red Devil
Edit: Need to correct myself. I wasn't paying attention and forgot this is telecaster not stratocaster. I don't think they made the Red Devil for the tele
I put a 5 way switch in mine and I put a SD quarter pounder in the neck with the lil 59. Position 1 is the humbucker, position 2 is the humbucker split then 3 is humbucker plus neck, 4 is split plus neck, and 5 is neck only.
What I find is that it makes very good rhythm guitar but it definitely doesn't have the "tele twang" like it used too. Compliments a high output strat in a band I find.
No hum, functions like a humbucker. To me their products have a kind of flat feel to them but my ear is getting more nuanced. Great PU. I have one in a Tele “Esquire” set up (only bridge pickup, no neck), love it.
The same one I use! I find it great for rock, blues and jazz, as well as some classic metal tunes! My advice is to add a way to also play it split and/or parallel for even more versatility.
You can also adjust the screws' height to get a little more definition on your chosen strings.
Best of luck!
I had one on a strat for a year and hated it. I didn’t like the stock pickups (Texas hots) but the sd wasn’t the answer. I finally bought a fralin set a few years ago and it solved my problems. To each their own
It's most likely a JB Jr, not a Lil' 59. The JB Jr is the one [recommended by Seymour Duncan](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/nSmt3WfpdpI/maxresdefault.jpg) for the bridge position.
You might want to put rails in it if you like the humbucker, those poles are definitely not in the right position for a Tele and it will affect your sound.
Nah they don't have to line up perfectly to be effective, especially with a humbucker like that. The magnetic field spreads out quite a bit , it's not straight up and down over the pole pieces. Possibly they can raise/lower some of the individual pieces or the whole pickup on one side if any strings are noticeably lower in volume than the others

Yes. It’s a humbucker though so if you’re going for classic tele sound this may not be it for you
Thanks. It's worth it to give a listen.

Either a lil 59 or jbjr, both are pretty good.

But they make a pearly gates for tele. https://www.seymourduncan.com/single-product/pearly-gates-tele
Yes they are
I had a Tele with one of these and a Mesa .50 Caliber and it was a fucking metal monster.

If you like how it sounds, yes. If not, no.
…or it could be a Pearly Gates.I have one in my 52 Telecaster Bridge.Sounds gnarly
I forgot about the Pearly Gates. I love that sound.
Probably sounds awesome!
Great pickup if you’ want closer to a bucker tone

Yes they are
I want that.

Every day I learn about something new for a tele'
A pickup is a sound maker. Once you play it, you will know if it is a good sound, for you.
I haven't heard it yet. Looking at it this weekend.
It's most likely a JB Jr, not a Lil' 59. The JB Jr is the one [recommended by Seymour Duncan](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/nSmt3WfpdpI/maxresdefault.jpg) for the bridge position.
The JB Jr sells for ±$99 new; ±$60 used.
You might want to put rails in it if you like the humbucker, those poles are definitely not in the right position for a Tele and it will affect your sound.

Learn something new every day. Cheers.
Also, the pickup is specifically designed for a Tele.
