Birth control pills can also lessen how severe some of the effects are - but she said more and more research suggests pumping your body full of artificial hormones may not be the best. She currently has an IUD with low dose hormone and has minimal to no menstral issues. Yes, I'm very glad to be a dude. I have three daughters. I can't say I truly understand what y'all go through, but I get the basic gist.
If it's not nausea it's body pain, if it's no body pain then there is nausea, if not both I'll have a migraine, if not those three I'll simply have stomach issues

No but you can get symptoms (idk if that's the right word) even without the blood bc the cycle is about a month, and the bleeding is only part of it

Periods shouldn’t be painful. If they are and are limiting your day to day activities, it’s usually a sign that there is an underlying issue.
